Feel inspired and let your mind and body wander with Mountain Day Dream, a west-facing one-bedroom, one-bath condo with a skyline view of the Blue Ridge Mountains in the heart of downtown Asheville that comes fully equipped with all the comforts of home.

As you walk through the front door, you will be met with an open concept kitchen and breakfast bar overlooking the living room. The kitchen, which is perfect for entertaining, features all the amenities you could ask for, including a refrigerator/freezer, five-burner gas range, microwave, dishwasher, Keurig K-Duo coffee maker, electric tea kettle, toaster, and blender. Below the sink you will find an initial stock of dish soap, dishwasher detergent, Finish dish rinse, along with trash bags, recycling bags and paper towels. To help give you a taste of Asheville, we’ve stocked your coffee station with a small supply of local coffee and tea from Dynamite Roasting Co and Asheville Tea Company. The breakfast bar seats four, pleasant for working or dining with loved ones. The living room has a plush sleeper sofa, that sleeps two and an additional accent chair. Mountain Day Dream is a dreamer's escape, perfect for watching the sunset with your favorite evening beverage beside a loved one. For entertainment, enjoy a 55” cable TV and 500+ Mbps high speed wi-fi to stream your favorite binge worthy shows. A picture perfect scene to wake up to in the morning and wind down to in the evening, the sliding glass window in the living room opens up, ushering in fresh air and unbeatable unobstructed views of the city and mountains beyond.

Live your dreams during the day and enjoy peaceful sweet dreams at night in the relaxing king bedroom separate from the living room. Here you will find a comfortable bedroom complete with linens, an extra chair and a 55” cable TV. An additional set of linens for the bed and the sleeper sofa are stored in the bedroom closet along with an extra blanket. Enjoy a good night’s sleep courtesy of the white noise machine next to the bed with a range of relaxing sounds and noise volumes to choose from.

The bathroom, which is located off the bedroom, is where you will find a variety of complimentary amenities including shampoo and conditioner, lotion, hand soap, cotton balls and swabs, hair dryer, towels, facial tissue, and toilet paper. The toilet room is closed off from the rest of the bathroom allowing for extra privacy. Also located off the bathroom is a stacked washer and dryer including an initial stock of free and clear laundry pods. The bathroom is handicap accessible with hand bars located in the shower and toilet room.

Mountain Day Dream is located on the 10th floor of the Arras Building, just an elevator ride away from an array of Asheville’s award-winning breweries and restaurants. Don’t forget to visit the many boutique shops and local artists that truly makes Asheville exceptional during your stay.

Mountain Day Dream is pet-friendly with guests permitted to bring a maximum of two pets. There is a non-refundable $150 one-time pet fee. Additionally, long-term stays are welcome at Mountain Day Dream.

Access
After you book your stay in Mountain Day Dream, you will receive a confirmation email and a text message. Our lease agreement will be sent to you separately via Adobe Sign for easy completion. We require this to be signed and returned before we release the access code to the lockbox outside of the condo with the keys. The access code will be texted to you the evening prior to your arrival. These text messages will include a link to our digital guidebook of Asheville and a property guide for the condo. This guide was compiled by our team with information and recommendations from locals created to help you get the most out of your visit to Asheville, as well as housekeeping items like building information, how to access the valet deck, and arrival and departure instructions. We welcome you to save that phone number and use it to easily communicate with us surrounding any questions or comments regarding your stay.

Parking
When you book your stay at Mountain Day Dream, one of the convenient amenities we offer is valet parking at just $32 a night. You will have full access to come and go as you please. You also have the option to self-park in the city. If you are ride sharing into town, please let us know after booking so we can remove the parking charge for you. Please note that self-parking in Asheville is always first-come, first-served and the closet parking garage is right across the street at 16 Broadway Avenue, attached to the AC hotel. Valet parking does have access to electric car charging stations; please inform the valet team upon arrival of the need to charge your vehicle. There is an additional cost to use the charging station which ranges from $10-$20.

Building Amenities
Included in your stay at Mountain Day Dream is access to the building’s gym, which is located on the 3rd floor of the building. The gym is fully outfitted with Peloton bikes, leading edge treadmills, rowing machines, rogue strength and conditioning equipment, and space for yoga and stretching. To reset your muscles or to relax on your vacation, schedule an appointment at our in-house massage room, Urban Exhale Massage, conveniently located next to the gym on the 3rd floor. Please note, massage services are not included in the cost of your booking.

With amazing views, access to valet parking, our state-of-the-art gym and relaxing massage offerings, we’re here to ensure your time away from home is as relaxing and stress-free as possible. An additional amenity available to you when booking Mountain Day Dream are our in-house food & beverage offerings, conveniently located on the first floor. Our culinary partners are proud to bring you an irresistible casual yet fine dining restaurant with Bargello, offering a menu inspired by the flavors of the Mediterranean, as well as the inviting bar and lounge, District 42, serving a collection of seasonal and craft cocktails and shareable small plates. Perfect accommodations for a downtown Asheville vacation. The sliding window makes the whole property feel like a balcony overlooking the beautiful downtown City of Asheville with the mountains in the background. 100% plan to stay here again!

I would probably give it 4.5 Stars. ONLY because I like a little more privacy in the bathroom. And yes, there was a LOT of noise from the street, even up on the 10th floor. (Motorcycles loudly revving and seeming to go around in circles through downtown until the wee hours on the weekends.) But other than those two things, it was perfect! The location was great for walking to downtown restaurants, shops and bars, and the condo was immaculate! 5 stars for the bellman - Quincy, and all of the valet folks. Everyone was so warm and friendly and ready to help us with anything we needed. And the views ARE gorgeous!

The Perfect Spot

The property was centrally located and had everything we needed and more. We loved being able to walk out the front door and be right downtown. We could go to all the restaurants and museums we wanted. When we needed our car, they have a fabulous valet system that has it ready for you in about 10 minutes. Bonnie was a doll and helped us check in and work the elevator and lock box for the first time.

Weekend in Asheville

Check in was easy and the valet was quick and responsive. The condo was spotless. There is a happy hour from 5-7 pm every night. Great views of the city and mountains. Overall it was a great experience.

Location location location! It cannot be beat if you’re planning on staying downtown for the most of your time in Asheville. The entire process was seamless. 24 hour Valet parking a huge benefit. It was a little more money than I wanted to spend for three days but in the end you get what you pay for. If you’re looking for a fairly luxury experience in downtown Asheville this is the place to be.

This is a beautiful, modern, stylish unit, top quality, in a beautiful hotel in a perfect location in downtown Asheville. Can walk to everything within a few blocks. The restaurant on the ground floor of the hotel is very good also. Could not recommend this rental more highly.

Asheville trip

The building was great, location design etc. The unit was not the cleanest, there was long hair in the drains, dryer and most of the corners of the rooms. Used coffee in the coffee maker. The host left no broom, mop, dish sponges or dish towels. They should stay in a few vacation rentals to see how simple touches go a long way. Kitchen but no spices, no non stick pans one broken spatula. Wonderful property, but as a host, they need to pay attention to the details.

Perfect Location, Perfect Stay!

Highly recommend this property for your stay in Asheville. Condo is beautiful and perfectly located in downtown Asheville, with easy walking distance to everything. Even our Golden Retriever loved the mountain views from floor-to-ceiling windows! Very nicely decorated and furnished. Our adult daughters stayed in the Kimpton below and so it was the best of both worlds--having living space but in the same building. Asheville is so pet-friendly, and this property especially so. Great staff, very responsive.
