« Unique place. No contact with staff physically. Most everything done via email which was fine., just not for everyone. Nice area of town. »

« The breakfast was satisfactory. We had no interaction with the staff after checking in. My issue is that the building is not clearly marked. We drove around it several times trying to figure out where the entrance was or whether we were even in the right place. »

« Very new hotel, furnishings in room were tasteful and lovely. Aveda amenities in the bathroom is a first for this frequent traveler. Room was very spacious, large bathroom counter , sofa and bench for suitcases. Would definitely stay here again. »

« Room was clean and beds were comfortable. No carpeting on floor, but concrete floor was freshly painted and very clean. Arrival and check in was made awkward because there was no one at the desk; had to phone for someone to come; when he arrived, he wasn't very friendly or helpful. I had to fill in the registration form on the ipad attached to their desk myself. Lots of construction in the immediate vicinity made the setting noisy and unpleasant. « Stayed here years ago for a work conference. Excited to go back. Found the property in terrible condition. All chairs in pool area broken, lots of stains and excessive wear. Hot tube sounded like it was on its last breath. Common areas in poor condition. Water park closed. Did not eat here. Check in was extremely long. No acknowledgement from staff. Great location but the place needs an overhaul. »

« Muy limpia la habitación y el lugar, los de recepción muy amables los Housekeeping muy atentos y muy limpios, el desayuno siempre estaba calientito, muy buen lugar para ir en familia yo fui con mi esposo y mi bebé y una semana y me hicieron sentir como en casa, espero volver nuevamente, la sr Jen se convirtió en la abuelita de mi bebé, mi bebé la adoro que personal tan excelente y amables❤️❤️❤️❤️ »
