« Es kam zu keinem Aufenthalt. Direkt nach der Buchung kam eine einmalige Mail von der Gastgeberin mit der Info, dass in der Wohnung bereits GĂ€ste sind und dass ich die Buchung stornieren soll. Auf meine Mails bekam ich daraufhin keine Antworten mehr und eine Stornierung ohne Geldverlust konnte ich nicht machen. Ich musste alles ĂŒber den Support von Fewo klĂ€ren und erst dann wurde das Geld rĂŒckerstattet. »
