Historic downtown is 15 minutes walking distance. Parking can be tricky..but free spots can be found. Watch out -main road access is a one way road. »

« This room is a scam ran by thieves. We booked to stay only to get a message on the day of travel telling us that the room was unavailable and we couldn't stay there. This meant we had to fine alternative accommodation whilst travelling. As the room wasn't available through no fault of our own we thought we would get a refund but these guys refused to pay and held on to our money. Even after many emails and phone calla with hotels.com they kept ignoring us or refusing to pay. They are not decent...

« BEWARE! The owner did not provide the details for the lockbox unless the cleaning fee was paid in advance (and asking for more than advertised). The property then changed to a different location entirely, as the one advertised was suddenly not available. All of the above happened after check in time had commenced. Needless to say I did not fall for this and neither should you! »

« The unit was perfect for us! We chose this unit to be close to family wedding events. It was clean and has great views. The underground parking was a plus, but the vehicle elevator was confusing. The staff at ARCA Mgmt was responsive and worked to resolve small issues. This location is one block from the Tram stop, a short walk to many shops and restaurants but in the Financial District so quiet in the evenings. We would stay here again. »

« Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig,modern und gut ausgestattet. Es wurde an alles,bei der Einrichtung, gedacht. Die Küche war gut bestückt. Uns hat die Sauberkeit der Wohnung beeindruckt. Auch die Gastgeber waren für uns da. Wir kommen gerne wieder! »
