« We had a really lovely stay at this little yellow house. Very comfortable for our family of six, which included one kid, three grandparents and two parents. Very centrally located to everything you need to get to in Anchorage. We rented a car for longer excursions but if you just want to stay in the city, you can uber just about everywhere for less than $15. We also walked to downtown a few times for museums. The host was super responsive, property was clean and quiet. House was well appointed...

« The property is older in a quiet residential neighborhood. The kitchen was fully-equipped, as was the laundry room. The beds were comfortable and plenty of towels were provided. Our contact person, Mike Davis, was super responsive and personable whenever we called with a question. »

« This small cottage was great . It was just big enough for a couple. You can park your car right in front of this specific unit making easy to unload groceries and what not . Communication is great . I asked very specific questions before I rented all were answered quickly and I booked just as quick. No smoking in the units themselves but they have a awesome dedicated smoking area next to the fire pit. One thing tho theres dog poop on the grass it hides under the leaves. I couldn't figure out...

« Overall very good stay just shy of excellent. There were a couple of minor details that weren't deal breakers but were minor annoyances - master bathroom outlet didn't work, ice maker in fridge didn't work, slight odor downstairs on day one. Laundry and dishwasher all worked and there was soap and detergent there already which was very nice. Like i said though this was a very good stay and i would not hesitate to stay again. »

« Had an excellent stay here for one week in July 2025. All appliances working well, excellent queen bed to sleep in and clean bathroom. Owner was very responsive and helpful for any queries. Flooring could be improved in some areas. Neighborhood is not exactly posh but I felt comfortable soon after I arrived. »
