The apartment is situated walking distance to bars, cafes, restaurants, museums and hospitals. It is located in a central area; 4 blocks or about 5 minutes walking from the building to the main square - Plaza de Armas and one block from the San Lazaro square where there are very good bars and restaurants.
You are walking distance from the famous and trendy Mercaderes Street where no cars are allowed on the street. The pedestrianization of Mercaderes Street might be the best decision the former mayor could have made for Arequipa.
You are 5 minutes away from Fundo El Fierro where you can buy local and national handcrafts; great tourist destination looking to buy a local souvenir. This central positioning allows for easy access to Arequipa's main highlights, popular landmarks, and bustling markets. Immerse yourself in the local ambiance, wander through the charming streets, and savor the renowned Peruvian cuisine that Arequipa proudly offers.

While Uber is also available in the area, taxis are generally considered more convenient for getting around.
Regarding parking options, there are some areas on the street where parking is free, but these spaces tend to be occupied quickly due to the high volume of vehicles.

NO PETS ARE ALLOWED: Please be advised that pets are not permitted during your stay. However, if your reservation includes a service dog, kindly notify the property management in advance. This will enable us to provide you with information regarding the house rules and ensure that we can assist you more effectively prior to your check-in.

- No party or gathering of any sort
- No loud noises at all times
- No pets allowed
- Please no 'loud' gatherings. Quiet hours: 9 pm to 8 am
- 1 set of towels will be given per registered guest.
