No volvería a alojarme aquí
El peor en el que me he alojado en mucho tiempo. La habitación con un olor inaguantable a alcantarilla. Pensaba ir a cambiarla, pero tras oir que la de nuestros amigos apestaba a tabaco no sabía si lo que nos podían dar sería incluso peor... La amabilidad brilla por su ausencia en el personal de recepción, no se si por estres o por otros problemas, pero muy mal.

Stayed here on a recommendation of friends. Ok if you want to be central to Murcia and only using room to sleep in. Good for one night.

Nice Hotel, Was without Wifi though
EVerything was lovely about the hotel except I had wifi maybe 10% of the night I was there. Murcia was my stop before going to a smaller in town in Spain where wifi is very scarce for the next three weeks, so it was very inconvenient that I had barely any while I was there. The hotel knew they would be losing wifi but didnt inform me when I checked in or offer any type of compensation.

An enjoyable night in the City of Murcia
We were warmly welcomed by the Manager who spoke fluent English and was charming. Our room was spotlessly cleaned and had a view of the courtyard which we had asked for. The hotel used to be a Palace so has history and atmosphere. Although in the centre of Murcia the double glazing kept the noise out and the air conditioning worked a treat! All in all a very enjoyable stay-my fourth visit!

Ottimo soggiorno in palazzo storico del centro
Ottimo soggiorno di ben 5 giorni in questo palazzo storico nel centro città. Una riserva...per il/sul personale della reception (mal) messa all'ingresso, quindi nella corrente della porta (automatica) d'entrata! (ma è un palazzo storico, comunque modificato all'interno).

The Front Desk staff was excellent in helping us with all our questions and most of all helping to locate the parking garage! It is in a wonderful location to access the center of the city and all the interesting sights and restaurants.

Algo pasado de moda, atención al público exquisita
La ubicación es muy buena, a pocos minutos a pie de la zona comercial y de la Catedral. Las instalaciones me parecieron algo anticuadas, por ejemplo, el aire acondicionado (fundamental en Murcia en verano) es antiguo y difícil de regular. Me gustaría destacar la amabilidad del personal, un placer.

Perfect Hotel
A friendly, ideally placed hotel in the centre of Murcia. Easy to find, helpful, competent staff. Comfortable, clean well decorated rooms. Very much enjoyed staying here and would stay again.

VERY SATISFACTORY STAY
A very comfortable well located hotel, a few steps to the Cathedrial. Staff friendly, lobby attractive. Get breakfast included, as the buffet is not worth the extra charge. All in all very satisfactory.

Hay mejor para menos...
Para el precio de la habitacion podia haber cogido algo mucho mejor en otro sitio. La habitación tenia un diseño muy viejo con television, secador, etc. tambien bastante antiguo. Tampoco estoy contento con Expedia. En la pagina de Trivago salian varias paginas por 65€, pero expedia ponia que incluia desayuno. Al llegar al hotel resultaba que no, y que el desayuno costaba más. Por lo cual era la misma oferta que todas las demás páginas... No creo que vuelva a utilizar vuestro servicio. Brad

I found the staff very helpful. The location was very central. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. I didnt try the restuarant or public areas.Generally very quiet and comfortable.

Für ein paar Tage Strandurlaub ist das total ausreichend. Günstig, sauber und jetzt auch nicht suuuper weit entfernt vom Strand. Gemütliches bummeln und in 15 min. ist man am Strand.
