« The house was big and roomy for 4 adults with a bedroom each. Kitchen well appointed apart from no pasta bowels. Great sized lounge with plenty of sofas and chairs to relax in after a day out wildlife watching . The old bathroom could do with updating and the shower was not reliable, temperature unstable, swinging between very hot to cool which made it difficult to use. « Ian's lodge proved to be super quaint in a quiet part of Kilchoan and up a slight hill, with a view of the water in the distance. Secluded surroundings making an evening on the porch ideal and private. Nice over hang making sit outs in the rain ideal and atmospheric. Very close to Kilchoan grocery store which also has a petrol station and with Kilchoan Hotel only a 5 minute walk away. So you have all the amenities on your doorstep.
