The home is spacious, bright and very nicely furnished. Pool area, back patio and front deck were great for enjoying the warm days and at night for watching the fireflies (lightning bugs). Close to airport/Sierra Nevada Brewery and Asheville/Hendersonville. A great property!!

We had a team of men and women come to help with hurricane relief. This home provided everything we needed and then some! Plenty of room, good beds and showers, well-stocked kitchen, plenty of room to gather for meals and planning sessions. Rooms were clean, showers were good and beds were comfortable. What more do you need?

Great property in a cul-de-sac location. Only problem we had was food delivery guys were being routed to somewhere else and had to give them the correct directions to come to the property. I noticed late that there is a sound restriction so if you are planning on being outdoors into the night talk to the management about alternate properties.

New house with a great pool. 100% clean everywhere. The pool was warm enough to enjoy! Located in a quiet neighborhood, not a party town. Lots of space and good parking. Would rent again.

Clean and newer, but the home lacks touches in guest rooms for their comfort. 1 bath upstairs for 4 people, and the mirror is at waist level because of the roofline. Lower level bunks for 4 have to use upstairs bath, so potentially 6 people using one bath. Pool and porch made our visit. Zero mountain view in the summer. Overall nice home, but nightly rate is too high for the area. I would stay again, but not at the rate i paid for this visit in comparison for other comparable homes.

My family of 7 stayed here for a week as our home base for exploring Asheville. Overall, this house was wonderful and as described. Beds were all current and comfortable. Comfy towels, nice bathing facilities for each family. Everyone had plenty of their own room and still had room to spare. Most free time was spend on the back patio that was wonderful! If I had complaints here they are- hot tub was in desperate need of treatment and there was none for us. Coffee makers- actual pot worked, keurig-needs replaced, it either way overfills or only fills a little. Most everyone abandoned the cup and went to the trad pot that took 45 min to brew. It was time to replace the cookie sheets a year ago. Anyway, I would definitely say you get what you pay for on this property. I stayed in several VRBOs a year and this rates at the top. Pay for it and be happy

This house worked great for our stay. We had 2 kids under 4 and 4 adults. Being between Hendersonville and Asheville allowed us to do activities in both which was nice. The hot tub and fire pit were also fun activities. Beds were comfortable and house was clean. Just a few negatives. If you plan to do any cooking/eating in, you’ll need to buy a lot of basics (olive oil, salt, pepper, cooking spray, napkins, dishwashing soap, paper towels, etc) and kitchen also only had 1 kitchen towel which was challenging. Also there were some nails sticking up on a few of the stairs that I assume will be an easy fix (alerted the owners separately). Noise travels very easily in the house which made it a bit tough for the kids that are light sleepers. Also, the house is surrounded by very bright motion activated spotlights. Helpful in some instances, but not great for star gazing or when using the hot tub. Overall a great place, but needs to sure up a few details.

The home was wonderful. Clean, very modern, and plenty of space for our party of 7. Property is 20-25 minutes from anywhere you're wanting to go in Asheville, be it downtown, the River Arts District, West Asheville, or the Biltmore. Mere minutes from the Blue Ridge Parkway, and 30 minutes to an hour from sooooo many scenic locations and great hiking spots. Three full bathrooms but only the master bedroom has a connected bathroom. The entire house just felt cozy. Back porch felt like being in the woods. We'd definitely stay here again!
