The bed was extremely comfy and the hotel and baths were immaculate clean. There was a fold out sofa in the room that was dirty. It really needs to be replaced. We would not sit on it.

This hotel had excellent reviews and an indoor pool so I gave it a try. First I want to say I arrived at 10:30 PM. The gentleman at the front desk was very kind and extremely helpful. When I got up to my room I was unable to use the TV because of inability to connect to the Internet. They were new smart TVs and hadn’t been set up and maintenance had left. He put me in a new room and the remote was missing, he sent me to a third room which appeared OK until after he left, I noticed a bowl of dried fruit loops sitting on one of the surfaces. The lampshade was crooked and dented. I was too tired to deal with it by the point it was 11:15 PM. The next morning i noticed dried sticky sugar on the bathroom sink. I went to use the indoor pool and there was stuff floating in it. Along with dirty towels not picked up. It was disappointing. I was only there for an overnight and made the best of it. I’m not super fussy but my thoughts on hotels -it doesn’t need to be fancy but it is important to be clean and cozy.

Hotel was very convenient for airport, shuttle free and bookable in advance. Breakfast was decent, lots of options. Staff were friendly and helpful. Property was dated but everything perfectly functional and clean. Second night of stay they had a complete hotel wide power cut due to external reasons and they suggested Wingate (sister hotel) nearby. Good customer care!
