The Space:
Experience the comfort of a spacious studio designed for relaxation and enjoyment. This inviting space features an open kitchenette equipped with a stovetop, microwave, mini-fridge, dishwasher, toaster, and Keurig coffee maker. Enjoy meals at a large dining table and unwind in comfortable oversized chairs that convert into sleeper sofas. A large, comfortable bed aside the gas fireplace offers stunning views of the ocean, tree-lined bluffs, Lover's Point overlook, and the main lodge pool from your private patio. Listen to the soothing sounds of the ocean waves with your slider open. A dedicated desk near the patio door provides a workspace. Stay connected with provided Wi-Fi and enjoy entertainment on a large Roku TV with cable. The remodeled bathroom includes a step-in shower/tub, a vanity sink with a makeup mirror, and a separate toilet for privacy. Ample storage is available with a large closet and deep drawers in the nightstands and under the bed.
Guest Access:
PROPERTY ACCESS: The property has an electronic door lock that is accessible anytime during stay. We will send out the check in instructions the day before you arrive. You can expect to receive them via your booking platform's app messaging system.
FREE AMENITIES: Use of the North Bluff Pool and Spa; access with your guest code - we provide pool/beach towels in your unit. Use of beach and any open firepit (fires are allowed on the sand). Use of lobby round seating area at fireplace. Use of walking paths and overlook benches.
Use of the gym is available for an additional fee (to be paid on-site).
Concierge services, front desk services, towel service, access to staff operated golf carts, fitness facility, $250 bonfire pit rentals, $75 smores packages south bluff and main lobby pools are not available to private renters. Open fires on the sand are allowed-supplies are available at the Village across the street.
The Neighborhood:
Located just south of Santa Cruz off Highway 1, Seascape Beach Resort gorgeous accommodations overlooking the Monterey Bay.
The entire resort sits atop breathtaking bluffs overlooking the ocean and beaches below. The walking path in the center of the resort leads down to the beach.
On the resort you will find The Seascape Park, Numerous walking paths, The Sanderlings Restaurant and bar, pools and spas, and a full gym (gym access with additional fee paid on-site).
Across the street from the resort you will find Seascape Village which offers restaurants, cafes and shops.
The PGA rated Seascape Golf Course is only 5 minutes from the resort.
In the Heart of Aptos just over three miles or 10-minute drive you will discover what happens when the redwoods meet the sea. Getting Around:
Complimentary parking is available outside the unit and throughout the resort property.
Note: This unit is located near the elevator for easy access and loading to and from your vehicle.
All on-site amenities are accessible by walking paths or if preferred by car.
To access the beach at Seascape there is a walking path next to the main lodge that leads down to the ocean where you will have beach access.
NOTE: the walk out is the same way back UP to the resort.
The Seascape Village is just across from the Resort and can be accessed by walking.
The quaint town of Aptos is just over three miles away-about a 10-minute drive.
Capitola Village is about 8 miles away and can be reached by car in less than 15 minutes.
Other Things to Note:
There are no daily housekeeping services. The property is cleaned before arrival and after departure. We provide hand soap, dish soap, dish towels, paper towels, toilet paper, fresh linens for each bed and a full set of towels for each guest to include wash cloth, hand towel, bath towel and beach towel. A 3-in-1 shower wash is provided. A cleaning kit is located under the kitchen sink for cleaning up spills or tidying up during your stay (please do not use premier towels or linens to wipe up spills). Note: there is a laundry room with a complimentary washer and dryer located in the parking garage below your building should you wish to freshen your linens during your stay.
We provide a well-stocked studio for your stay including a kitchenette complete with pots, pans and dishes and utensils - everything you will need for cooking a hearty breakfast, lunch break or family dinner after a day of adventure. We supply Keurig coffee maker and pods, creamer & sugars to start your vacation off right.
On Site Amenities: Sanderlings Restaurant and bar. Pools and hot tubs are accessible by using your guest code, pool/beach towels are provided to guests in the unit. Use of the full gym is available for an additional fee (to be paid on-site).

The unit is very comfortable and clean. The kitchen is well stocked. Picturesque view. This is our second visit to this unit. We would recommend staying here.There were two problems, which the owner had no control over. The elevator did not function during our stay and the pool area was closed for repair. We chose not to drive to the other available pool.

Upon arrival to the room we encountered a Full on power outage at the property meaning, it was Very Hot inside the room, the elevators were Not operational, and the toilet was slightly inoperable but that was quickly corrected by myself. And Because it was a host property accommodation, we did appreciate the real inconvenience even though it was in the details, it was very inconvenient to have to be told to Not dip our feet in the hot tub, just our feet literally at 9:45pm, and we’re very quiet:Practically all of the young front office staff were a (little slow) to provide basic information and assistance, as they had to be prompted. This was for just several of us customers, other than that they were nice.Outside of that, the property was very Nice, views were Million Dollar viewing, cafe was great, fireplaces comfy, walking trails amazing, and lounging areas were relaxing.

I love Seascape, but a list for you. Light bulb in bathroom out until day before we left. The thin rectangle window at the end of sliding door, the connecting wall. It had no blinds, no curtains, but every other window in resort, that spot, had blinds in them. The sliding door got stuck, not closing ever time. We paid to stay an additional night, we asked for a couple towels, 2 fresh towels as we were told no. I have pictures also of the bathroom sliding door, scratches and more painted over and over. I suggest fix the problem. I’m sorry,I had a great time there in Aptos, shopping across the street in little shopping center. I did spend hundreds and more. From Pizza parlor, grocery store, coffee shop and my very favorite boutique shop ever. I love my furry bear black fluffy coat/ Jacket. Thank you and Alex had a great time with me. Thank you again. I’m trying to trade my current room booked for myself and two besties of 30-50 yrs. Leisa & Debbie I found a new Vrbo that I wanted so terribly now and was seeing if the owner could work with me on trading the ol booking to the new home now available, but not on my dates. Beautiful in Aptos
Very nice location, the unit is in great shape, and the complex was quiet and peaceful. We really enjoyed our stay in this unit and will definitely look here again when we are back on the west coast. We had a lot of fog when we stayed in July 2025 so did not get much of a view of the ocean from the unit but had beautiful views of the ocean from up and down Highway 1. The fog is part of the experience in this area.

A Perfect Beach Getaway
This place is an absolute gem! From the vaulted ceiling giving a feeling of spaciousness, to the calming colors in the design, we felt relaxed the moment we opened the door. The balcony has a stunning view of the Monterey Bay, including being able to see all the way down to the beach where the waves break on the sand. It's the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee while watching those waves roll in. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful, scenic retreat!

Bestie Getaway Goals Achieved!
This stay was everything we hoped for and more! The ocean view was absolutely stunning—we could hear the waves crashing from the studio, which made for the most peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. We loved starting our mornings with breakfast on the balcony, soaking in the fresh air and natural light (which, by the way, was chef’s kiss throughout the space).The studio felt super spacious and airy, with a clean, aesthetic vibe that made us feel right at home. The bed was so comfy, and while we didn’t need to use them, the fold-out couches would be perfect for extra guests. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed, down to the bottle opener and coffee pods, and the adorable little dishwasher made cleanup a breeze.The fireplace wasn’t working during our stay, but the heater kept us plenty warm, so no complaints there. The host was kind and responsive, and every little detail showed care and intention. My bestie and I felt completely comfortable and can’t wait to come back!
