Auberges à Apple Ridge

« There was no cooktop or AC in bedroom. The shared deck didn’t look like pictures and when a whole family was in the next unit, there was no privacy on it. Could only stream on TV. Location was OK but couldn’t walk to Blowing Rick. »

« This place was perfect for our stay. It is perfectly secluded but not too far from Blowing Rock proper. The view from the deck and hot tub was wonderful. Owner/property manager (?) was very responsive and dealt with one issue we had same day. We would love to go back to this place! »

« We enjoyed our stay. However, because of mobility concerns, we will probably not be back. The cabin was very clean but….the stairs and showers were a concern for us as we are in our 70s. The road up to the cabin was longer than expected and had so many hairpin turns! But the cabin and view were lovely! Even our pups enjoyed the deck! »

« This was one of the nicest VRBOs we have stayed in. The spectacular view from the bedroom & living room, the peace & quiet, comfortable bed, and fast wifi!! Hope we can make it back someday!! »

« Outstanding stay all around! Chris was waiting for us to show us around the house when we arrived. Everything was exactly as it is shown in the listing. The view is even better than it appears in pictures. The property has everything you need and is secluded and relaxing. The hot tub was awesome. We will definitely return. »

« This is a fabulous mountain getaway! My husband and I went for a few days to celebrate a milestone birthday and wanted to rent someplace really special. This property is beyond special! It is so unique, well designed, well built and is in the most spectacular setting! Every feature of every room was clearly well thought out with extraordinary taste in decor, fixtures and amenities. The drive to the cabin on the partly paved, partly gravel road leads to an amazing, secluded, and peaceful...

« Bon hotel. Petit dej moyen. »

« This is one of the most charming inns! Yes, it's a bit old and the room a little small, but it's clean and super bright. The bed was incredibly comfortable and we slept like babies being able to open the windows instead of having to endure the noise of the air conditioner like in all places. The front desk staff was very nice and called within a few hours of our arrival to make sure we liked our room and were comfortable. We will absolutely return here! We also fell in love with this charming...

« Chambre propre, personnel aimable et petit déjeuner très bien. »

« This place shows in false pictures as how the place looks..and what you actually book...is not like a real cabin look or anything..the water the last day was dirty brown from i guess the cleaning they supposely do every year.. »

« Second time I’ve stopped by. Nice place! It’s clean, warmth and comfortable. Personal is nice. Love the breakfast, lots of choices. Definitely a place to stop by. »

« The lodge was pictured and described completely different from what we had. For me, this was irritating. I searched for accommodations in BR and found this one. The pictures and info was great. Not what was provided. Nothing ever mentioned the difference or reason. The beds were fine. Very small room and amenities. Would not recommend. »

« The rooms were modern and the mattress was very comfortable. The location is very convenient to everything on Blowing Rock . So glad we chose this location. Terry at the front desk was very helpful and friendly staff member along with the other folks that assisted us. The patios and fireplace areas are inviting to guest !! »

« Personnel très serviable et accueillant. Chambre et salle de bain petites. Pas d'anti-dérapant dans le bain. Rideaux défraîchis. »

« Hôtel et petit déjeuner satisfaisants. Chambre bien équipée et confortable. Cependant, mal insonorisé. On entend le voisin ronfler. »

« The picture on Expedia is not what all the rooms look like (updated & fresh)! There are a few rooms with the hillside view that are very much lacking for the price. The walls are Seafoam green, plain bedding, outdoor table & chair (both rocked - not level), no door on the closet, a toilet that didn’t work properly (had to hold handle down for a long time for it to flush & sometimes have to flush 2 or 3 times to get a proper flush). The porcelain in the toilet bowl was broken from being snaked...

« Good and friendly staff »

« Chambre spacieuse et confortable, accueil tres aimable, bonne situation. Salle de bain petite et eau chaude pas tres reguliere. »
