Almost all worked as I expected. It was a good overnight stay. However there were two wlan-options available, but no passcode was given. This could be optimized.

Zwischenstop Great Ocean Road
Es war alle OK, laut Internet bis 21 Uhr jemand da, um 20 Uhr war niemand da, nur eine Telefonnummer zum anrufen. Das hat dann doch noch gut geklappt. Zimmer ist im Nachbarhaus, Nr. 6, Türen sind offen, Schlüssel ist im Zimmer. Der WLAN Code hat leider gefehlt

The worst we have ever experienced. The shoe box sized room faced west but no aircon; the tiny TV’s remote did not work. We had a shared bathroom (!!!) but no wash basin in the room. There was parking - on the street. At no time did we see a real person.

You have booked our budget Queen Room with Shared Bathroom, and that rate would be one of the lowest prices you can find in town. We also have premium rooms available with ocean views and a bathtub as well. You get what you paid for!

Terrible piss smelly room
Extremely terrible experience!!! This is the worst place I have ever stayed, the rooms are too small and old . The toilet smells bad, like piss. The worst thing is that the toilet has no door so the whole room has a disgusting smell. I strongly recommend people not to choose this B&B!!!

You have booked our budget room, and you can review all room descriptions and pictures online. The photo you presented was not the one we displayed at check-in. You can book our premium room next time, and you'll get what you paid for!

Clean and tidy accomodation very close to the beach and walkable distance to town. Our room had a large bathroom but the bedroom was small. Also there was no air conditioning in the room.

The shower was awful. Didn’t work properly. Was dusty inside. For the price can understand with location but very disappointed.

Large room with balcony. Very clean. Coffee, milk, sugar and maybe tea provided alomg w mugs, 3 plates, electeoc tea kettle, small fridge and microwave. Beds fine. Many small things wrong- curtains didn't fully cover windows across front, heating ligjts in bathroom didn't turn on, no shampoo in shampoo dispenser, small, inconsequential things broken and other minor imperfections. Totally adequate.

Worth for it's price
It's a big lovely house in a quite street. Comfy beds and clean shared toilet. Can hear occupants from other rooms, talking and giggling until 11:30 at night. Reception off site, has to call for extra toilet paper, coffee.

The bedroom was fairly small with a tiny bench for eating meals at. The wardrobe cabinet (with no doors) was the tv cabinet and stored the microwave which was up too high to reach. Not good value for money.

Great clean tidy space
Clean, tidy, had everything as advertised. Balcony was a lot bigger than expected. Easy check in, easy check out. Wifi was slow but had 5G dongle so non issue.

The person who greeted us was very pleasant and helpful. However, the room was small and nothing like the picture. Also maintenance lacking. Both chairs were broken, 1 was unusable, and the flywire sliding door did not close. This was a problem as they turned the air-conditioning off at 5pm and it was then unbearably hot all evening and half the night. Other than that the bed was comfortable and everything clean and tidy.

Very poor customer service. Had no next to no water in unit 5 family suit. Had to turn on hot tap only and it dribbled at best. Could not even wash sand off body terrible. Very noisy from upstairs units doors slamming in the night. Can hear people walking in rooms above. Old rooms but clean

It was disappointing that the quilt covers had stains on them and the carpet near the fridge had something dropped on it and did not appear to be cleaned before we arrived. Further, when we checked under the beds to make sure we had not left anything behind, a pack of bany wioes and other things were left there so onvioauly the person cleaning the room did not do a thorough job which was disappointing. Bed bedroom and bathroom though

Not a bad place for a night or two. Good for the price. However could do with replacing the towels and putting an extra pillow on the bed.

Place was dirty there was a pair of someone’s underwear behind the lounge, mould under the microwave and dirt on the bathroom sink. It was quiet and comfortable.
