駅からは少し離れていますが、飲食店が多い地域でまた、港と公園も近くとても良い環境です。 ホテルの部屋も清潔で。掃除が行き届いていて快適でした。

青森のねぶたがロビーに飾られていて伝統が感じられるホテルでした。とても新しく清潔感があり気持ちよく泊まれました。シャンプー、コンディショナー、ボディーソープがDHCでとても良かったです。シャワーのヘッドも最新式の物で使い心地最高でした。駐車場が700円かかったので無料だったら最高でしたが…。青森に行くことがあったら、再度泊まりたいし、周りにも勧めたいホテルです。

宿泊させて頂きました。残念なのが、3人で宿泊の予約をしたのですが、2人分しか用意されていませんでした。フロントに問い合わせてみたところ、大人1人とお子様2人だったので、との対応で、納得はいきませんが、我慢して一泊しました。次の日違うホテルで泊まりましたが、ちゃんと、ベットもトリプルにしてもらったり、アメニティーも3セット用意してありました。いったいなんの違いだったのでしょうか。素泊まりでしたが、凄く残念でした。

エントランスが綺麗、枕は低反発枕があって寝やすかった！アメニティが豊富！ シャンプーやメイク落としは洗浄力はいいが、オイル系なので髪の毛がパシパシになった気がした 気になる人は持って行くといいかも！

ロビーのねぶたが圧巻でした。日曜だったのでホテル周辺のお店が開いておらず、フロントの方に尋ねたら親切に教えてくださって、美味しいラーメンにありつけました。スタッフの印象が良いです。

駅からは若干離れているが、徒歩でも問題なくアクセスできた。エントランスを入ると、ロビーで美しいねぶた作品が迎えてくれる。 カウンターで入浴剤とドリップコーヒーを自由にピックアップすることができ、そのほかメイク落としや化粧水などのアメニティも1階に用意してあって便利だった。 部屋は清掃が行き届いていて、快適に過ごせた。用意してある寝巻が、浴衣タイプでもワンピースタイプでもなく、上下セットのパジャマタイプだったのが良かった。 朝食はまぐろやホタテ、貝焼きやりんごジュースなど青森らしさを味わえるメニューが豊富。ホテルのビュッフェはどこも混み合うイメージだが、そこまで人も多くなく、ゆっくり食事ができた。

Great location. Room had all amenities. Window facing bay had condensation and black mold. This is a serious issue. Folks can get sick. I know it's winter but this is a major issue considering you get everything else right.

Room is very quiet and cozy for what it is, overall good atmosphere. Staff was polite and friendly. About 15 minutes walk from Aomori station.

朝食バイキングは、青森の郷土料理が多数あり、朝から青森を満喫できました。また、新年早々ということもあり、日本酒まであり驚きでした。 フロント、ロビーは広々としており、ヒバの香りが素敵でした。また、ねぶたも出迎えてくれて、青森を五感で楽しめました。 部屋は普通でしたが、清掃はもう少しあっても…と感じるところがありました。

Service was friendly and attentative. Breakfast buffet was very good. In winter time you couldn't change the Air conditioning due to central heating, so either it was on and it was Hot or it was Off and it got stuffy. Beds were firm. It was a little walk from the train station, but For most of the way you could walk the shopping Street with a foor if it's raining (like it was when we were visiting). Fun interior and artwork in the lobby.

Lovely hotel. Parking assigned was comical. A pole was blocking the parking space, so our driver had to maneuver the van to park. The room temperature was uncomfortable but a front staff person had to assist to open the window for our rooms. We had two reservations and wanted to stay in our initial rooms and willing to pay the difference. The front desk would not try to make that happen. One of a member of our group retired from Sheraton Hotel in Honolulu, Waikiki mentioned they did it all the time at her hotel. So, we had to move rooms which was a bummer.
