Thank you for appreciating our location and we agree this is a "great spot". Banks is so centrally located that you can explore the complete city by foot. Friday Market, the Groenplaats and ModeNatie are just around the corner. Like the Plantin-Moretus Museum, the only printing house which is on the UNESCO World Heritage List. Or would you rather go shopping? Just step outside and you're in the middle of the trendiest shopping district in Antwerp. The mix of exclusive designer shops, vintage boutiques, galleries and small cafés is inspiring for every weekend.

Of course we are sorry to read your stay has not met your expectations and that you found your room of choice a "small double room" too small. Through the various media we try to explain the size of the room, 12 M2, and we will investigate how we can make this even more clear. Also in our rooms the toilet is always separated from the bedroom, it is a mistake to assume that all toilets are "in the open”. And regarding the Auping Boxspringbeds, together with our supplier, we have chosen a matrass that fits most people their preferences, unfortunately sometimes it does not.
Fortunately you also left us a message you did enjoy the free drinks & bites and the location of Banks, right in the city centre, putting everything at a walking distance.
We do hope you will consider Banks for your next stay and look forward to that moment.

Several types of freshly baked bread, a choice of meats and cheeses, marmalades and a fruit juice, a medium boiled egg with some crispy bacon, yoghurt, cruesli and an unlimited quantity of all sorts of Lavazza coffee or tea. And please consider for you next stay you are more than welcome to ask for additional fruit or anything else.
We are happy to read you did enjoy the free drinks & bites served at the end of the afternoon to all our guests in Banks Daytime Cafe and of course that you appreciate our location.

The bathroom is indeed separated from the room by a "frosted" glass wall which ensures natural daylight in the bathroom. There are rooms with air-conditioning, please select this type when you visit Banks next time.
And we are delighted to read you find Banks to be modern; because we think Banks is a wonderful hotel where you can find a Daytime Café and a Lazy Lounge. Located right in the middle of the most fashionable area in town. You will be charmed by the original and modern look of its interior design. Wood, glass and concrete were melted together to enhance a harmonious mix of design and tradition. The furniture has been selected with the utmost care and is completed by their owners creations. A display of exhibitions by young artists decorate the walls. The result is fresh, bright and invigorating. Lounge next to the open fire place or a stroll straight into town?
