The space
A half mile from the beach, Monte Casa offers you a beautiful, modern, luxury, 1-bedroom bungalow, recently completely refurbished, with free Wi-Fi, 100 feet from the largest of three communal swimming pools with bars, free parking on the street 30 feet from the door.
The apartment is fitted with 1 private bedroom (Double bed), a living room with a large corner sofa/bed and a dining area with elegant table and chairs, 1 bathroom w/ large walk in shower, bed linen, towels, a BIG SmartTV with all UK channels (including Sky sports etc.) free movies, access to your own Netflix and other accounts, a completely equipped kitchen (stove, microwave, kettle, toaster, big fridge/freezer, washing machine, extensive utensils), a programmable safe, and a furnished terrace (for outdoor dining and smoking) with a Sea View. The windows are screened and barred with a wonderful cross-breeze. The nearest (and only) airport is Fuerteventura Airport, 5 miles away. Although we strive to be family friendly, we generally only allow children ages ten and older to stay in our recently refurbished luxury houses. If any of your children are under age ten, please message me BEFORE booking so that special arrangements can be made.
