This was an amazing experience! After staying in several hotels in Antigua (including Santo Domingo and other beautiful spaces) this was our number one. From the moment you arrive, you’re greeted by the front desk and you immediately know you’re going to be well taking care of. I felt like a princess, they are extremely hospitable. The cleaning staff blew me away - they honestly go above and beyond. The pool temperature was a bit cold and they quickly asked me how I felt and warmed it up. I love this! I can’t wait to go back. (I’m sorry I forgot their names but I do remember Angelica and I just want to thank every single one of them)

Great property and stay, but 3 stars is a result of their dismal selection for breakfast. They did not inform is that the menu items were extra and their "free" breakfast was slices of fruit and croissants. I have had better breakfast offerings at a Holiday Inn. Management was uncincerned when I brought this to their attention. For $400 or more a night, this was absurd

This property, their attention to detail and to their guests was amazing. The grounds were well kept. The suites were absolutely lovely. I particularly loved the morning and night rituals and pillow menu to ensure a relaxed start and end to your day.

Oasis in a beautiful country
This is one of the prettiest properties you can stay at in Guatemela. It’s is very western with modern art deco furnishing. The amenities are top notch. The setting is breath taking. Food is phenomenal and their attention to detail and customer service is outstanding. The staff can communicate in English and they will engage with you on WhatsApp before you arrive guiding you in case you have any questions. We can’t wait to visit them again.

Everything was great. Staff is very kind and helpful. The only thing that could be better is the food at the restaurant, pesto fetuccini, semifredo, tuna tostadas, huevos benedictinos and club sandwich were good tho. Other items on the menu are not that impressive.

todo perfecto exepto el desayuno
el hotel esta perfecto, servicio limpieza, comodidad, comida, lo unico malo fue que oferecen desayuno incluido y solo incluyen fruta pan y jugo, lo demas te lo cobran, para el precio que pagamos por la estancia, deberian dar un desayuno bufete de lujo, y una ultima cosa desagradable es que haceptan perros en el restaurante.

The property is beautiful and the staff and service are really good. These are improvement areas I would like to see: 1. More equipment at the gym. The only thing available as of now is a stationary bicycle. Not nearly enough to get a decent work out. 2. Include tea as part of the breakfast menu in addition to coffee.

Beautiful, private property, small hotel no TV in the room but they have a living room where you could watch TV. Other than that beautiful, very clean, gorgeous views! The food was spectacular and of course the service was also great!

This is the most incredible hotel! The property itself is beautiful with a modern design but very warm ambiance. The service is impecable, everyone goes out of their way to make you feel at home. Lucky and Francisco went above and beyond! And as of that were not enough the location is perfect because it is close to town but most importantly allows you to enjoy breathtaking views. I cannot recommend this hotel more. This will become part of my must travel to places once a year. It is truly a unique experience.
