Lamentamos mucho los inconvenientes, tal como lo expresamos en la confirmación al momento de reservar el parqueo que recomendamos está fuera de las instalaciones, nuestro servicio de recepción está las 24hrs tal como le informamos al momento de su check in, por tal razón nos hubiera gustado saber sobre: el agua del Jacuzi para tomar medidas inmediatas, así mismo sobre el a/c ya que contamos con unidades portátiles a su disposición. Con relación al café en todas nuestras habitaciones ofrecemos un kit de café de exportación de muy buena calidad para que los huéspedes lo preparen a su gusto, por el contrario el café del restaurante es adicional como lo es en la mayoría de establecimientos.Esperamos tener la oportunidad de tenerle nuevamente con nosotros para así poder brindarle un mejor servicio.

We are really sorry for the difficult situation you passed thru with your fiance, we understand all this difficult moments you can experience in a serious relation ship. We did all we can do in order to maintenance the calm and order for you and for other guests, since the hotel was full at that time, as you mentioned all the caused damage had it to be covered, just as you did, in a very responsible way and we thank you for that.As the authorities recommended, leaving your fiance resting at the hotel room, just has she did, and checking out the next day, it was the better for both of you and once you were calm talk again. We are so glad we could handle the situation and be part of the solution in a very profesional and in concordance to the necessity of the situation.

We are sorry we didnt know about the inconvenient with the music, since we can turn the voulume down and even turn it off, our guest's experience is very important to us. We also have other type of rooms on the second floor beside the standard ones, a fan is available every time is need it and resquested, unfurtunatelly we didn't receive such a request.
