Für uns zu zweit hatte es die perfekte Größe.Die Lage war gut für Tagesausflüge in die großen Städte (Dundee, Perth, Aberdeen, Edinburgh) und für Wanderausflüge an die Ostküste und bis in die Highlands. Man muss sich etwas daran gewöhnen, die meiste Zeit auf sehr engen Straßen zu fahren. »

Heating needs to be addressed as very cold even with constant heat and lighting could be better in kitchen. otherwise very comfortable and well equipped. « We loved it. Stunningly beautiful location. If its peace and quiet you are after then this is the place. The cottage was lovely. Looked out at the packed bird table at breakfast every morning. It was filled with all types of birds and a red squirrel. Two woodpeckers were also regular visitors. « Lynda was a wonderful and very helpful host. The cottage was so clean and well cared for that it looked like we were one of her first guests (though we know we were not). I have never stayed in an accommodation which was any cleaner or well cared for. Welcome basket, available picnic supplies (reusable plastic tumblers, plates and utensils), and helpful instructions for use of kitchen appliances and heating system were some of the unexpected pluses. « This is a fabulous house to stay in.Its big spacious and fully equipped we played on the tennis courts and walked in woodland. Spotting deer and birds of prey became a delightful game. The hot tub was an added bonus which we really enjoyed. The property is handy for all local amenities and facilities including A&E who were very good and quick »
