This 5,200 sq ft beautiful waterfront home on Lake James has 6 bedroom, 5.5 baths and is great for entertaining. Come experience the gorgeous lake views and sunsets! The home has many fantastic features including granite counter tops, marble, hardwood floors, open floor plan (3 levels) game room, complete mother in law suite/guest suite and so much more. Total sleeping capability is 22. Close to Pokagon State Park, dining, and shopping. Come relax at this up-scale getaway and experience the best that Lake James has to offer.

We had a group of 20 adults and we all had the best time. Our group travels together to many VRBO locations and this house was probably the best one that we have stayed. Not only was the owner great but the house was very clean, fully stocked with anything you would need (which isnā€™t usually the case), check out was easy and the location was amazing. When I asked the group, the only complaint was that there is not a community full bath and the bathtub by the upstairs kitchen is so slick that we were falling. All of the showers are in the bedrooms, which is awesome if you have a bedroom. Though, for the people who were sleeping in the bunkbeds (which were solid wood and comfortable), we had to wait to get into someoneā€™s bedroom to shower. Our group is great with sharing, so it wasnā€™t too bad. I would definitely stay here again and we are already plan another trip to this house.

This rental is beautiful and was perfect for our family of 15.We had a wonderful time. Place is clean and has everything we needed. This is a wonderful rental. Was perfect for our family of 15. Had everthing we needed and was very clean. Check in and check out was very easy with instructions from the hostess who was very kind. Hopefully we can stay again.

The house was amazing, 16 ladies all slept comfortably and plenty of room for us to all be together in the living room. We loved hanging out in the water and on the dock. The house is stocked with all the things plus firewood. Plenty of patio furniture. We rented a boat and parked it at the house. We had an amazing time!

The house was stunning and well equipped for our large group, big enough for everyone to spread out and lots of vantage points to enjoy the lake. The bunk room was a huge hit with all the cousins and let the adults have space and time for quieter activities without quieting their fun. A couple tips if you're coming with a large group, the back bedroom and second kitchen was great for our family with little kids who were up in the night. Also, we placed a massive Walmart Plus order and had groceries delivered an hour or two after we arrived, which made settling in so easy. Bringing a boat or kayaks, plus water shoes for swimming and gear to fish off the dock makes the lake lots of fun! Thank you, Kimberly, for an unforgettable family reunion!

Cannot say enough nice things about our stay. It was clean, large enough for 19 adults comfortably, and a very easy check in / checkout process. The owner is very responsive and made everything easy. Our family has been coming up to Angola for about 15 years. Our family now includes 6 adults and our 6 grandkids. We come up 2-3 times a year and I also host a golf outing each fall. Kim was a great host and would recommend her cottage to anyone.

This house is amazing! The bedrooms were sizable and just perfect for our family of 8 adults and 9 grandchildren. Everything was nicely stocked from the shampoos, towels, spices, firewood, games, on down. The only negatives were that the large rec room/bedroom with 6 bunk beds was very cold & couldnā€™t be changed. Also, the Ring smoke detectors/security lights in each bedroom were too sensitiveā€¦.you couldnā€™t even roll over in bed without them coming on.

Plenty of space to gather a large family for meals and games yet enough separation for the kids to play while the adults catch up. Lots of updates and features to the home. Located next to the state park was a plus for hiking and horseback riding. Boat rental nearby provided kids with hours of water fun and sunset cruises. Owner was quick to respond to any questions/concerns. A great place to relax and restore.

The house was so clean, so well stocked, and so comfortable. We ate every meal in and the kitchen and grill made it very comfortable. There was an extra folding table downstairs which allowed us to extend the kitchen table for more seating. The weather wasnā€™t great so it speaks very highly of the house to be comfy for 20 family member + a few babies. Probably could use an extra trash bin considering how many guests the home can hold.
