The room smelled. The lock on the window was not working and they put a board in the window track. The bathroom did not have a fan nor did it have a hair dryer. The heating/air conditioner sounded like it was jet taking off.

One of the reasons I chose this hotel was because the rooms had vinyl floors. This is particularly important in a pet friendly hotel. My hotel room was very clean. It is disappointing to not get breakfast the next morning and I have to say, the coffee was REALLY, REALLY bad. Either, they were using coffee from the day before or they had someone making the coffee really strong. It was undrinkable. All in all, I would stay there again, based on the great job the cleaning staff did and the very reasonable price.

The hotel is not bad, a bit noisy, had someone screaming in the hallways at 5am. Woke me up, very un happy about that.

This property is not in the best part of town and is next to a construction site. I would expect something described as "mid-town" to be in a better area.

No hot water for 20 minutes
I stayed after a long day snowboarding and I turned the water on to take a shower and let it run for almost 10 minutes and it still didn’t get hot. Freezing cold. I tried to call the front desk with the room phone 4 times but not once time did it connect, instead just gave me a busy signal (I was 1 of 2 cars in the parking lot so it was extremely slow). I called on my cell phone seconds later and it rang through. When I told the lady I didn’t have hot water, she told me I’d have to let it run for 15-20 minutes since it’s so cold outside. I live in Alaska. I have never, ever had that experience before and I have stayed at so many hotels and airbnbs. She wasn’t rude, but she was also not apologetic at all.

The rooms were clean, but no heat in the room, water pressure was non existence. Had to ask for Shampoo. And a hair dryer. Not worth the money they charge.

飛行場まで近いのが最大のメリット。 環境配慮だと存じますが、シャンプー、ドライヤーまで インターネットで申し込みが必要です。シャンプーを持参しない方には面倒です。 コントローラは新しいが、エアコンが古く、音が大きいと感じだ。
