Petis bémols : les cookies sont contingentés à l'accueil et pour imprimer nos cartes d'embarquement d'avion, pas assez encre dans l'imprimante donc c'est le réceptionniste qui l'a fait, mais il n'a pas voulu refaire 2 feuilles qui étaient mal imprimées.

I have always felt comfortable staying at a LaQuinta property. We checked in at the location in Anchorage close to the airport. After we got to our room, my daughter pulled back the bedspread to lay down. We soon realized that the bed linens were soaked with urine and my daughter's clothes were saturated! I went to the front desk and told the desk clerk. He merely handed me a stack of clean sheets and expected me to change the bed linens! He said that there was no one to change the sheets even though there was a housekeeping cart in our hallway! We soon realized that even the mattress pad was soaked. I went to the front desk and insisted on another room. I asked to speak to a manager numerous times over the next 48 hours but he was never available and never responded to my requests for a call back. We have called the main customer service number and still no call back. I feel like we deserve a refund for the one night but can't get anyone to respond to us!! I am very disappointed and will not plan to stay at another La Quinta location again.

Not sure there is quite enough parking for the property as a couple times I ran into a situation where I could not find a parking spot.

Booked another hotel for the night but didn’t stay due to how unclean it felt and looked unclean. So found La Quinta Inn and it was a breath of fresh air! Every second of my stay there was truly enjoyable. The staff was friendly, it was clean, up-to-date and enjoyed the breakfast as well.

Great price point for Anchorage. Basic property, but convenient for all the things you need. Airport shuttle on the half hour - and close by. Clean. Awkward bathroom layout in the room. The front desk manager on the morning of 3/16 was great. So was the breakfast manager. Even though we were having to dash to the airport he asked us if we were able to get breakfast. These folks are what make the place.

I wish the shower would be hotter and the breakfast can be better. The waffle dough this morning was so watery. Other than that, it’s a great choice for a short stay in Anchorage!!

This hotel is near the airport. That is a plus if you have an early or late flight! They shuttled us from the airport and to the train station another day, and provided us with a menu for food delivery and a recommended taxi cab phone number. We stayed in a handicapped room. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was spacious. Breakfast was sparse and unimaginative, but the staff more than made up for any lack. Cyrus, our housekeeper, was excellent-attentive and aways cheerful. Everyone we encountered was kind and helpful. I recommend it as a place to stay. It's away from the main part of town, so a quiet area.

We arrived later than expected into Anchorage, travelling with two toddlers. Rather that wait out our 8-hour layover, I was able to book a room last minute. We utilized the airport shuttle, and got checked in just fine late at night. It worked great for what we needed, for short notice and on a budget.

Bad parking. Carpet in our room was duck taped. Our last day housekeeping didn't come leaving us with no towels or toilet paper. Continental breakfast was one of the poorest selections I've ever seen. Juice machine was out of order so nothing to drink.

We liked the convenient location and most of the amenities offered. What we didn't like: no fresh fruit, no teas (unusual!), no hot chocolate. The closet was tiny, but there is not much the hotel can do about that. On second thought, if the location of the iron was changed, that would help! The TV was a great size for watching from the bed. Overall, we had a good stay and could choose this again.

We stayed for one night at the la Quinta , staffs was really nice and courteous, the room was clean. Front desk lady heard we were going to the train depot in the morning and offered us the ride to safe the Uber cost

I remember staying here years ago when it was new or Newley remodeled, now it feels run down, the room was not clean. The fitted bedsheets were not put on all the way and there was hair visible on them.
