Perfection at the Parks
We wanted to stay in a house instead of a few hotel rooms so our group could be together. Plus, it was so nice to have a kitchen and dining room and living room and washer and dryer and a fridge for our leftovers (we went to Sabroso! In Garden Grove-I highly recommend it) and a beautiful yard. The first evening we were there a hummingbird greeted us at the front door. I’m not kidding. This place is magical. Some of us walked to Disneyland each day and it took us 30 minutes. The others drove to the Woody and Friends parking lot and paid $35 to park and take the shuttle and it took them … 30 minutes. So, either works great! The property was exactly what we wanted!

Cute & Clean Place Near Disney
I highly recommend this place for family trip! 3 bedrooms, plenty of beds for everyone. Check in and out process was straight forward, easy. The house was very cute and clean. Good location, close to Downtown Disney; everywhere is ariund 15-25mins.

Perfect for our stay
We .stayed here with 2 grandmas, our children and grandson for our first trip to Disney. Home is in a perfect location and quiet. Location to the park was a beautiful and short walk, and locations for shopping are close but driving is needed. Also the strollers available for my grandson saved a lot of extra luggage. If we come down again I will be searching for availability here!

Perfect place to stay
Stayed here during a the terrible rain in February. We were so happy to have a place to return to after a long wet day at Disney. There were only 4 of us and had plenty of room. Because of the weather we couldn't enjoy the beautiful backyard. Beds were comfortable as was the sofa. Neighborhood was quiet and safe. We took uber to disney and rides averaged $8, cheaper than disney parking. We had a car so cannot comment on the property's walkability. Homes was stocked with modt things you would need. There were no scissors, perhaps they were lost but found that you need them more than you realize. One suggestion for improvement would be to provide more hangers in the primary bedroom as it has no dresser. All in all an excellent experience

Disneyland family vacation
Overall the property and location was nice. The floors and bathtub were very dirty. We had small kids and babies so it needed to be cleaned. The large open dining area and living room were nice with our large family. The kitchen was equipped with all necessary items. The walk to Disneyland wasn’t too far from the house and manageable with four small children.

Great stay for Thanksgiving
We (fiancee and 4 teens) had a great 4-day stay at this property. It was within walking distance (20 minutes) of Disney, which we took advantage of in the mornings. It was a cheap Lyft/Uber ride once we got tired from walking around Disney. The house was very comfortable and ultimately met our needs. We loved sitting out in the quaint backyard, sipping coffee in the morning. We would use this house again in the future!

Great spacious house. Located in a nice quiet neighborhood. Did have little problems, bathroom door didnt lock, floors were dirty which made our feet dirty and dish washer didnt really clean the dishes. But overall, its a nice house and i would recommend.

Easy stay for our Disneyland vacation

Home owned by corporation
I prefer staying in homes owned by individuals and not institutions. It felt lifeless with big bold signs listing the rules on windows and doors that were not intended to be open to allow outside air. Loud A/C ran continuously even though outside temps dropped to 60F degrees. Recommend change of house filters and water filter in refrigerator. Property Manager, Ladonna Franke was excellent.

Convention Center
Our family participated in an event at the convention center. It was perfect its walking distance. it was so convenient. Not to mention how close we were to Disneyland. We loved it. There are a lot of good restaurants in the area as well.

My family travels to Disney once a year. We always stay in a VRBO because we like to have a kitchen and more space. This one was disappointing. The location was just what we were looking for. It was a a doable walk to Disney. It’s in a quiet residential neighborhood. We really enjoyed the pool table and the ping pong table in the garage as well. The beds were comfortable and we appreciated that there was enough toilet paper to last our stay. Unfortunately there were several things that made the stay less than a five star. The plumbing in the house is old. The water that comes out of the faucets is very hard to control the temperature. The showers are either very hot or cold and it was hard to get the right temp. The kitchen sink only had hot and warm no cold and the water that comes out of the fridge is also warm. The toilets also did not flush well. There is a place on the floor between the hallway and the master bedroom that is unfinished and has sharp things sticking out if it. No one was hurt but it was dangerous. All of this we could have overlooked but the real reason for the review is there were cockroaches. We are clean people. All food was kept sealed or in the fridge and trash was placed in the trash cans. Twice when we came home from the park we had to kill one. One was on the floor by the trash can and one was on the counter by the sink. It really ruined our opinion of the rental.

We spray for bugs once a month and this is the first time that anyone has had an issue with cockroaches. Our staff is available 24 hours a day to help with any issues that arise.

Great property
Stayed here recently for a girls trip to Disneyland. The place was very clean and had lots of room for what we needed. The walk to Disneyland is a bit far so we Uber'd to the pick up/drop off area regularly which was only about $6-8. The location is close by to a lot of stores so getting things delivered or driving to it wasn't bad. The only thing that we had issue with was that there was a spice rack but it lacked salt and pepper! We didn't realize this until it was late evening and already in the middle of prepping food so it was a trip just to grab salt and pepper. Otherwise it was fantastic. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat.

Awesome!
Will definitely be staying here in the future for sure. Quiet safe neighborhood very close to Disneyland. LaDonna was great to communicate with and got back to me with questions very quickly. Only issue we found was a small leak in master bath sink from the faucet and could use more bath towels. We had 7 people staying there and only 4 bath towels. Otherwise experience was awesome, thank you so much!

Very conveniently located and spacious. Nice yard and fun ping pong and pool tables. Clean and most basic needs on hand. We would have liked more kitchen towels and towel bars and hooks in the hall bath. A means for streaming from our movie apps would have been nice as well. But definitely recommend for a visit to all the fun in Anaheim!

Perfect Spot for a Disneyland Vacation
Location was excellent. Walking distance to Disneyland, grocery store, close to a major transit route. Having the pingpong table in the garage for the kids to play with was great when the adults just wanted to be off our feet at the end of the day. If/when we go to Disneyland again, will absolutely be looking to book this property for our stay!

Nice Property
We had a great vacation; property was in a decent location. There's no way we could have walked to the park.....advertised that it's less than a mile but in reality, it's almost a 2 mile walk to the front gate. House is older and could use some updating but it was centrally located and met our needs. Owner was quick to respond to our needs and even let us check in early (for a fee). Would recommend!

Perfect location for Disney
The location was perfect for walking to Disneyland, Downtown Disney and California Adventure, as well as driving to the beach. Beautiful, quiet neighborhood. The house was comfortable for the 6 of us to watch TV together, eat in the dining room, and even to eat outside on the patio when the weather is nice. The outdoor grill was a great feature too.

Phenomenal Location and Stay
Everything was phenomenal from the check in process to the check out. The house was big enough for 9 people, and with a mile walk to disneyland. We did Uber each day which was only about $6. There were plenty of beds, to include several air mattresses in the closets if need be. Thanks again for everything.

Awesome time

Overall this is a great location and the house was ok. I would recommend you get curtains that fit the windows and put curtain up in kitchen window. It felt like we had no privacy at all. The shower in the master bedroom did not drain well and it was not pleasant to be standing in 6 inches of water the whole time you showered. Overall it was a good family vacation home. We enjoyed our stay.

Perfect for us!
We spent three nights here while we powered through both Disney parks in two days. The house was super clean and comfortable for 8 adults! We did bring an air mattress for one person to use in the living room. It’s a nice walk to the parks in the morning, and we were all able to snag Ubers at night to get back. I would definitely stay here again for a Disney trip. Make sure you carefully read the booking contract and instructions given to you before your trip, as there are a lot of important house/community rules to follow.

Nice Disneyland option for larger families
Suited our family of 6 nicely and was easy walking distance to Disneyland. The checkin process was more complicated than past vacation rental experiences due to the multiple Anaheim city ordinances. Thankfully the lengthy contract and extra steps were not an issue in the end. Home was comfortable and well stocked. My only feedback is to add a towel rack to the guest bathroom.

Quiet area; no thrills home
There are a number of pros with this property. The location is great in terms of getting to Disneyland and the overall quietness of the neighborhood. The house has a washer and dryer, and the ping pong table in the garage was a hit. The backyard is well kept and there’s plenty of space to sit outside. The cons are the overall storage of the house. We are a frequent user of VRBO properties, this unit was the first time I’ve seen a Master bedroom with no storage areas to unpack your suitcase. There was no luggage stands either, so we literally lived out of our bags on the floor, not ideal. The mattresses in all is the beds were old and sunk in, the bunk bed mattresses were uncomfortable. The master bathroom is so small, that hand towels are stored in the back of the toilet. There is not a linen closet so towels are placed for use on the beds. The appliances were loud, particularly the small beverage refrigerator. The toilet in the hallway bath ran continuously, even when we checked in we could hear it runnjng in other rooms. The house is older and the pitch of the room provides low clearance, so if anyone is tall in your party there is a big chance they will bump their heads. There were no creature comforts in the house, other than a salt and pepper shaker. The toilet paper and the paper towels (only 2 are provided) were thin and rough that we ended up buying our own. The shampoo bottles were empty when we checked in so we essentially had to go the grocery store to buy items. Overall the place was okay, but we won’t be coming back.

There's a closet in the master with hangers and a shelf to place clothes. Thank you for letting us know about the beverage refrigerator. The mattresses have been replaced on the bunk beds. Did you reach out to maintenance about the toilet running? That issue would have been quickly remedied. As stated in the contract you signed, we provide a starter kit, i.e., toilet paper, trash bags, paper towels, etc., so you don't have to go to the store immediately. There is a spice rack in the home.

We had a great stay at this location. It was a 2 minute drive to the Toy Story Parking lot for Disney where we would park and shuttle for free to the park. We also came home each day around 1pm to nap and rest until 4-5 then went back. The home is older and you can tell by just regular wear and tear in the home. Property owners were extremely easy to work with. Some feedback in general but nothing that deserves a poorer rating would be: Master bedroom is a king size bed. (We we’re stoked about this). more toys for kids of all ages. Smart tv to broadcast Hulu Netflix etc. paper/plastic utensils Larger dish ware (everything we saw was kid size). Bunk bed mattress were not super comfortable. Great for kids but if I was an adult sleeping on it I wouldn’t be happy lol. Better pest control (WE DIDNT SEE ANY BUGS INSIDE). However there was spider / webs galore all around the outside of the property. This didn’t bother us to much as most our time was spent inside but just some feedback! We already said we will be coming back when we come to Disneyland again! I would recommend staying here for a family with kiddos. Probably not the most comfortable for late teens or adults only.

Great Place to Stay
Overall, we were very happy here. It was clean, convenient and close to the parks. The AC worked well and we were comfortable.

Perfect for Disneyland
If you are planning a Disney vacation and want space/comfort with a larger group/family, there is probably no better location. The house is spacious and provides every amenity you may need. The location cannot be beat as you are basically one block from Disney. The home provides ample space both indoors and out (nice backyard area).

What a great Disney house
The house is super cute with orange and avocado trees in the yard. There’s decent space for six. The walk to Downtown Disney is easy. Would definitely go back!!

This place was great! The rules were a bit intense and I was worried. It was all fine and we enjoyed ourselves! The place was within walking distance of Disneyland! The bunk bed mattress were not extremely comfortable for adults… I would stay again for sure 😍
