Residences à Amsterdam

« We loved that the hotel was so close to the airport but had a resort feel complete with spa amenities, park right outside, and different restaurants to choose from. »

« Petit déjeuner très bien »

« Rien à signaler, tout était conforme à nos attentes »

« Très bien placé ! Ras »

« I have been staying at the hotel since April 27. The first two weeks were generally okay. But the 3rd is a disaster. Indeed, I spent 4 days without having cleaning in my room. From May 8 to May 11, no one took care of cleaning my room, changing the towels, or emptying the bins. And for the first two weeks, I had three days when I didn’t have any shower gel or tissues, and in the meantime, the cleaning service came to change the bathroom linens and they wouldn’t even bother checking if I had...

« This is a very basic hotel located right next to the train station. I travel to Amsterdam frequently for work, and its location is convenient if your priority is being close to the station rather than exploring the city. The amenities were acceptable, but nothing special. Unfortunately, the staff was rude, which made the experience less enjoyable. I wouldn't choose to stay here again. »
