« Our room was fantastic, in suite bathroom. Family room & breakfast area was nicely set up, plenty of space. We had taken the time to walk the property, very relaxing, peaceful & tranquil. On our way out on Sunday we were able to purchase some vegetables and farm fresh eggs. I wish I new about this B&B years ago when my daughter was a freshman at ISU, we would have stayed her every time. The family, Peter & Denise were wonderful to speak with. This is our new "go to" place, we will comeback...

« First time staying at a Grand Stay property and we were impressed. The property appears to have been recently renovated and our single queen room/suite was very nice. Having a bedroom (with a door that closes) separate from a sitting area w/ sleeper sofa TV and kitchenette (w/ full size refrigerator, mini- stove, microwave, and dishwasher) is very nice. « Very nice hotel. Drawback is that the price goes up when there are local tournaments as the gym is right across the street. Great place to stay for the right price, but will go further if it's an expensive weekend. »
