I check into the property in room 303. Went to bed after showering. Felt small black bugs crawling on me jumped back in the shower. went down to let the front desk clerk know of the situation. She did offer to switch the room but I decided to go to a different hotel. The next hotel was perfect. I stayed at extended stay for only an hour.

Everything was great at our stay at the Extended Stay America. The only thing we didn’t like was the smell of dog urine in the hallway it was pretty strong. But everything else was clean, so was our room. Excellent! Would visit again hopefully the dog urine smell issue is resolved by then

Got off the elevator and the entire hallway smelled like vomit. Also, the pillows were so bad I had to put one sideways and it was still too flat.

Very pet friendly if you pay the additional fee, but the hallways and stairwells smell horrid (like rotten, fetid garbage and old fried food), the walls are thin so guests hear every person walking by the door, and we were greeted by a pubic hair in the bathtub upon arrival to our room.

Not going to lie, I was afraid to stay here from all of the rumors I’ve heard. BUT!! It was seriously amazing. Staff was the friendliest I’ve ever seen in a hotel. It was clean and quiet. Very comfortable and safe. I will definitely go back in the future!! Thank you to all the staff who were so welcoming and supportive.

This was the stinkiest hotel I have ever stayed in. There is just a hallway/ vestibule at the check in desk. It smelled like stale cigarette smoke. When you pass through the door to the hallway to the rooms there is a new but equally offensive smell. Just when you think it can’t get worse, the elevator is even worse. The floor we were in had such a strong chemical smell it was as if someone had poured out a bottle of cleaner to cover up another smell. Our room had yet another toe curling smell. The first night I couldn’t take a deep breath all night because the smell was so bad. We had to buy a candle for the remaining days. We were given 2 towels and two wash cloths. No hand towel to dry our hands on. I had to buy myself a towel because every time we went to the front desk the door was closed. There is no maid service which is no big deal, but there were signs (missing valuables) that someone had been in our room while we were gone.

No Front Desk Available
There was no front desk clerk. We did show up pretty late but I did email to let them know we will be arriving pretty late. They did have a phone and an ext to call but we had to stand there for 30 min. trying the number over and over again. I in fact had to knock on the window to see if the clerk may have fallen asleep. Finally after knocking on the window and continue to call we did finally get someone to check us in. It did say there would be a grab and go breakfast. As we walked by the front desk it was still closed and no breakfast or anyone to help us.
