Nous avons vraiment aimé cet hôtel qui est tout près de la plage et d’une station de métro à 7-8 minutes de marche. Le petit déjeuner est excellent et les chambres confortables. Je ne comprends pas les commentaires négatifs, c’est beaucoup mieux que ce que certain écrivent.

Très bon séjour
Hôtel de qualité et très bien placé. La vue des chambres face à la mer est très belle. L'accès au transport en commun et à l'aéroport est facile. Un peu déçu du prix pour accéder à la piscine...

Merveilleux hôtel avec vue sur le Orsund Brigde et l’aquarium ( 3 minutes de marche à voir !). Déjeuner inclus délicieux et très complet! Le Shuttle vers l’aéroport débute à 6h30 le matin et il est très pratique. Le seul problème est de trouver à manger à partir de 21h car tout est fermé et il y a McDonalds comme seule option dans ce secteur de la villle.

Peu beaucoup mieux faire en matière d'accueil
L'accueil et surtout la communication interne serait à revoir dans cet établissement. Impossibilité de joindre la réception en soirée afin de réserver une table, lorsque la cuisine ferme à 21h00 il serait impératif de contacter voire communiquer à ce sujet. Un établissement dit 4 étoiles se doit de répondre à ce genre de critères critique pour des voyageurs d'affaires !

Fantastique
hotel en bord de mer au calme, proche d'une station de metro. Chambre spacieuse, confortable et literie de très bonne qualité. Buffet petit-déjeuner extraordinaire. nous sommes restés 4 nuits. Tarif élevé mais avons bénéficié d'une bonne réduction.

Super Hôtel sauf le petit déjeuner
Hôtel sympathique et propre le bar au 11 eme étage est très bien ainsi que le personnel du bar. Le petit déjeuner est n’est pas terrible, le choix est très limité et pas grand chose à manger.

for $458 usd for two nights it was worth about half that. one pillow on each bed, two towels per guest, no ac you could control, no automated phone wake up service, no complimentary coffee in lobby, no microwave or mini refrig. in rooms. No real matress for bed just a cheap 3" pad. no avaiilable ice on the floors, no computer room for the public. Not even one US tv station and no english subtitlessubtitles working, The worse was lack of bright lighting the room. we requested a wake up call and the dope at reception put the wake up time as the same time as taxi pickup, then they didn't even call us to clarify.Oh and how about how they bring out juice but its neverefrigerated and its piss warm juice. and the lobby furniture in this very dark lobby looks like old patio furniture. don't even get room service if dont request, oh and the only place to eat withing walking dist.had the nerve to charge $63.00 usd for two burgers and fries. the wake up mishap could have cost us thousands. I dont even think my reservation that said it was 258 squ. ft. because we saw a much larger room which had panoramic harbor view. not even one person helped with our bags as taxi dropped us off. all travel sites will be made AWARE!

This is a beautiful hotel. The rooms are spacious, very clean and the bathroom is fantastic. The breakfast that's included is also amazing. Excellent Ocean view. And only about 15 to 20 minutes from downtown Copenhagen. Excellent hotel. The daytime staff when I was leaving were excellent and very courteous. And the dining staff at the breakfast were also excellent

We loved to stay there with the family, although it was really a pity that we couldn't use the Spa with the family (kids under 16). In addition to this we recommend to book upfront a table for dinner in the Seating or the Skybar.

Hotel mit guter Anbindung ins Zentrum (Bus und Metro) sowie zum Flughafen (quasi fußläufig oder mit Bus/Metro). Leider kaum Verstaumöglichkekiten für Kleidung. Als Familie mit einem Kind stehen selbst im Familienzimmer lediglich 3 kleine ca. 40 x 40 x 40 cm Regalfächer und ein paar Kleiderbügel zur Verfügung. Bei längerem Aufenthalt und kühlerem Wetter lebt man daher aus dem Koffer, für den in diesem kleinen Zimmer ohnehin schon kein Platz ist. Kulinarisch hat Dänemark wenig zu bieten, so auch das Frühstücksbuffet. Leider gibt es nicht einmal einen kleinen Kühlschrank um das Nötigste kühlen zu können.

Careful if arriving after 10pm as shuttle doesn’t operates after 10pm…when I call d they told me it was only a 5 min walk but not true…had to pay taxi 91 krone for a 1.3 km ride!!!

It’s an airport hotel and it served its purpose well. We stayed over night for a transit. The check in near mid night was efficient, a bit confusion there because Expedia was down and they couldn’t follow up some of my questions which were sent via Expedia. Room was clean. Breakfast buffet was great, late checkout at 12 pm was perfect. The only issue was that there wasn’t any hotel shuttle transfer from and to the airport during weekend. Taxi was the only choice, the ride took 5 mins.

Vorsicht abzocke bei den Parkplätzen vor dem Hotel. Park Control erhebt 875dkk wenn man keine Buchung vornimmt. Bereits beim checkin ist man besorgt das ein Strafzettel droht. Es laufen durchgehend Kontrolleure rum. Verdient das Hotel ebenfalls hier (Kooperation gegeben?)?
