Tested, and never again
No restaurant, just a really poor buffet: chicken wings, some fish roll and stramed rice... No shuttle, and the breakfast was just acceptable. The room: super bed! A bathroom from the 80's Employees are nice, pro and friendly, but that's not enought. And finally my bill was the same as hotels right at the airport... so never again

Excellent séjour en proximité aéroport
Hôtel avec parking sur place à 5mn en voiture de l’aéroport. Chambre très spacieuse et personnel très attentionné.

TV on our second floor rooms that my group occupied NOT WORKING. The front desk knows it but didn't do anything. They claimed the connections not working and yet they assigned the rooms to us?? 232 and 219. Room on the 3rd floor have their TV working. what kind of customer service is that?

The good - luggage room for bags while you explore, very close to the train stop and airport, good location. The bad - super thin mattress, charged for guests over 1 per room, terrible and small pillow (refused to give extra - you get 1), no A/C, no comforter or sheets - give you 1 single size duvet for a queen bed, not worth the money.

Inadequate sleeping accommodations. The mattress is literally one inch thick and there are springs sticking in your back. One small 4 inch pillow is all that they have to offer. Front desk advised they have NO extra pillows. They are trying to help but have no resources.I’ve not experienced anything like it before. The main hallway areas are carpeted, they appear to rarely be vacuumed and are very stained and worn.

Close to airport. We arrived an hour early. Waited for our room for 90 minutes and staff knew about it. They should have prioritized getting our room cleaned.

The hotel is located in a safe quiet area close to public transportation(Metro and Bus) to the City center. Good selection of buffet options on the included breakfast. This property doesn't have AC in the rooms. there is no phone in the rooms as well, so no direct connection to hotel management from the room. TV in the room practically doesn't work. No instructions on how to make it work (if this is possible). There is no advertised Airport pickup transportation, though the Hotel is just a 15-minute slow walk from the Airport.

The staff are excellent, very friendly and accommodating The rooms are older and a bit worn, but mostly they were very warm. The heat was turned off and the window open. I booked 3 rooms for 3 couples, all of us commented on how warm the rooms were and how nice the staff are.

Good place to stay if you have a layover at Copenhagen airport. From terminal 2, it's a 15 minute walk. You may want to get a taxi if you have large/heavy/many bags, otherwise easy walk.

The beddings are smelly. The sheets looks clean but when you are lying down on it, you can smell a moldy smell from the pillows and bed. Also, I have insect bites in my back. There must be bed bugs on it. The food on the restaurant is good.

The hotel room condition is not the cleanest but the lobby, breakfast, the working area, and the staff were excellent. I highly recommend staying here if you want a hotel close to the airport.

Easy walking distance from airport, although when I took the wrong (longer) route, the check-in receptionist took pity on me and gave me a beer! There seemed to be quite a few restaurant options nearby and unfortunately I did not have breakfas tin the hotel as I had a very early flight. Would stay again if I had another long airport layover
