« Home offers plenty of space for 6 guests, and the area is wonderful! Close in proximity to the local harbor, we found ourselves enjoying the local dining scene close to the water. Property is modern & well thought out for guests, rooms offer plenty of comfortable beds and location is close to NASA, fun bars/hangouts as well as HOU Hobby Airport. « My family and I traveled 5 hours to this property. We arrived 2.5 hours after check in at 4z Upon arrival, I got a weird, dirty smell. I thought “oh maybe that’s just the smell of the house, it’s fine.” I walk into the kitchen, there is dishes on the stove, the dishwasher is full of dishes, the kitchen table is full of crumbs. « Communication with property owner was excellent and very quick. Concerns regarding cleanliness and smell. Pool had algae on bottom so didn’t appear very clean. Flies were a problem in the house. Bunk bed in guest bedrooms were not very sturdy for my teen and blankets are needing to be replaced. No storage for suit case unloading or drawers for clothes. Couch needs to be refreshed as it’s pretty worn. Overall house was ok for my family and we didn’t have any major issues. »
