« No staff at front desk, always had to ring bell. Showed up just after 2 for 3pm room was told we could go to the room but they would charge us $10 for the hour (your sure they're not going to give me ten dollars less if I check out early). Manager who eventually checked us in said it was very busy that day and the time weren't ready but the messaging received originally didn't match. Kiddo found hairs that weren't his in the bed. Tub didn't drain. Breakfast looked surprisingly good but we didn't...

« People at the reception were nice and very accommodating. Althought the beds and the sheets were clean, the room itself could have been cleaner. The air conditionner was very noisy and smelled moldy. The rug in would need a good vaccuming and deep cleaning. The fridge needs to be defrosted. The entire bathroom needs to be renovated as the fixtures are cracked and worned out.
