Nestled on an acre in the quiet and serene mountains of the Gunnison National Forest, this recently renovated cabin has a rustic charm with all the modern amenities you need for your Crested Butte getaway. This four-bedroom, three-bath cabin features a brand-new kitchen with updated appliances. The property is located adjacent from Spring Creek and features a large yard with a grill, treehouse, swings, firepit and even a horseshoe pit. The deck offers expansive views of the surrounding mountains and is perfect for viewing wildlife. The living room has a new propane fireplace that makes it extra cozy in the wintertime.
We are located just 30-40 minutes away from Mt. Crested Butte which features some of the best beginner trails as well as some of the steepest terrain in North America. Please note, there are no buses that access this location, so having an AWD or 4WD car is a necessity in the winter months.

**We require one of two options for you regarding damage protection. We recommend you purchase damage protection for $45. This covers you for up to $3,000 in damages that could occur to the property during your stay. Or you can choose to pay a $1000 refundable damage deposit. **This property is pet friendly. Our pet policy is as follows. We allow up to two dogs in the property. There is a $250 refundable pet deposit and a $15 a day pet fee per dog. We do not allow cats.**
