The Units not good for Elderly- too many steps to the beach and a huge hike back up the 50 stairs to the unit. If you have a second Vehicle- you are out of luck. The new management company has not updated any of the emergency numbers in the unit (suggest they do that soon) The day we were to check in we received notification that there was no gas in the unit. The property manager was excellent with helpful, friendly communication and very quick responsiveness to questions. The view and proximity to the beach cannot be beat.
