The property manager, Nathan, was very responsive and great to work with. We enjoyed the property...nice floating dock with the necessary amenities for a fishing trip. House worked well, including the central AC. All good.

Great place with dock
Came from Miami in a 32'' contender, the dock was plenty big enough. The house was as described and was very accommodating. We grilled out and there was all the necessary supplies / spices to cook the fish we caught along the way. Just a medium walk to the casino, overall would highly reccommend.

The house was great! We were able to have our boat in the back yard! The floating dock was great! The house had everything you need for a perfect vacation. We needed a nice restful vacation and we picked an amazing house!

Great Trip
Property location is perfect with a nice quiet dock. The house layout was perfect for a large group and very clean. Caretaker Nate was a great help.

A great home
I stayed with 9 family members and we had plenty of room. The house is very nice and we were able to dock two 34 foot boats. One dock will accommodate a much larger boat. A great place to stay and enjoy Bimini.

Great house and dock
The house is very close to everything. Nate will rent you a cart he is very trust worthy. The dock is a floating dock with power and water .The inside of the house is very spacious and clean .The owner and nate would answer every question we had very fast .We will be back very soon and will stay here again...For anyone taking a boat that is worried about safety at the dock we bought a ring outdoor camera and light .The wifi will work at the dock so you can watch the boat at night on your phone with the ring app ,we had no problems at all mostly for peace of mind..Thanks again for the amazing vacation at your home in Bimini...

Perfect Location
We went over to Bimini on our boat from Fort Lauderdale for a few day vacation. The house is setup perfectly for any boater, the dock is extremely protected and quiet (water and electric on dock). The house is definitely big enough for 8 adults, it was clean and well stocked with the necessities. You are in resorts world, so I highly suggest renting a golf cart to be able to explore the entire island. We planned on staying for four nights, but the weather turned bad so we were only able to stay two nights. I would recommend this house and I would stay there again.

Need a better description of location when arriving by boat. Wrong address listed on website. Internet, TV, and golf cart not working. Kitchen stocked well. Great grill.

Thank you for your stay and review. Unfortunately the internet and tv cable on the island are not stable and therefore, we cannot guarantee them. We do not provide golf cart with the rental. Although we provide a map online showing the exact location of the house, we will make sure to add better directions for the future.

Best stay in Bimini
We go to Bimini 4 times per year and rent a home or condo every time. This was by far the best home we have ever rented. All of the rooms were spacious and the floor plan is excellent. There was plenty of towels which is usually a problem in the other homes. We took two boats this time and having a double dock with two 50amp shore power connections was a huge bonus. I would highly recommend this home.

Perfect Family Getaway
I rented this home for 7 days over the Holidays. My family and I enjoyed our stay. The home was stocked perfectly, we cooked daily for our family. Having the dock was a plus as we were able to have our boat in view and enjoy fishing while we were there. I would definitely rent this home again. The outside view isn't the best as they are constructing right now but its easy to overlook all that as the sun is rising or as you stare at all the stars at night. My favorite thing of the house was the extremely comfortable couch in the living room area. This home is walking distance to Luna Beach! Thank you for allowing us to make memories in your home.

Bimini has never let us down. It was our first time renting a private home. After 15 years of staying at Bimini sands. It was spacious and comfortable upscale finishes. We had a few issues that the owner tended to very quickly either through a phone call or text. Hotel pool and bar fun and very close. Floating dock very convenient to home and well maintained. We hope to return next summer!

Much better than staying at a hotel
Franklin did a great job of lining up daily cleaning services and golf carts to make our stay really great. We had two 45' boats and 8 people so this house was very ideal as we cooked our catch each evening and prepared breakfast each morning. None of the other houses on this stretch had one either but a pool would really be a great addition. Also the house is at the very end of the bay near the maintenance area which detracts from the view. You cant tell that from the VrBO photos so that is where our expectations were not met. But in the grand scheme of things, given the value, we were very happy with the home layout, expansive outside deck, close proximity to the hotel and marina, just a great house overall.

Beautiful Weather
We stayed in this home with 9 other people and never felt crowed, plenty of room for everyone. We brought lots of food and drinks so that we could cook and not eat out a lot because there are not to many places to eat at on the Island. This house is Centrally located so you can get to the beach quickly or the other end of the Island. We look forward to returning to Bimini again.

The home is very spacious and comfortable and accomodates large family or group very nicely.
Our overall experience was wonderful. Having a dock behind the house was very convenient. The home has a grill which was nice. The home is a short golf cart ride ride away. I would recommend the golf cart rentals to be done directly from the resort as they tend to be in better condition than the ones from the locals, even if they cost more. It's convenient to bring some basic staples to eat since food is quite expensive on the island, especially for large groups.Franklyn, the owner of the property is very easy going.
