We have listed on our website all of our outlet hours of operation and the days that Bimini Beach is closed for a private event. You have access to Paradise Beach when Bimini Beach is closed for a private event. We have 3 pools - Oasis Lagoon, Bimini Beach and our adults only pool, Monkey Business. We're thrilled to hear that you enjoyed our rooftop area - the views are breathtaking and truly unforgettable.

We are exploring ways to better manage this space to ensure that it doesn't add to the chaos during high traffic periods.We're sorry to hear about the condition of the hallway carpets and the unpleasant smell you encountered. We take cleanliness seriously, and we'll investigate the issue and take steps to rectify it promptly.It's unfortunate that your initial room had issues with the air conditioning and that the engineer's efforts did not fully resolve the problem. Your comfort is our priority, and we'll review our maintenance procedures to prevent such occurrences in the future.
