Excellent séjour en famille !
Excellent séjour à l’hôtel Dei Pini. Situation exceptionnelle avecp plage et piscine idylliques. Le bar de l’hôtel permet des déjeuners rapides et légers. Petit bémol sur le confort de la literie mais tout le reste est parfait. Personnel adorable, foncez !

Un Séjour Convenable, Avec Quelques Points à noter
Mon séjour à l'Hôtel dei Pini à Alghero a été globalement satisfaisant. La chambre, bien que simple, offrait un confort convenable avec un matelas agréable. Le personnel était amical et à l'écoute, ce qui a créé une atmosphère agréable. Cependant, la connexion wifi était insatisfaisante malgré une réclamation, et la climatisation était gérée par la réception, ce qui était peu conventionnel. L'emplacement, bien que proche de la mer, était éloigné du centre-ville, entraînant des coûts de taxi supplémentaires. La plage était propre et bien aménagée, mais l'animation était limitée dans l'hôtel. La restauration était de bonne qualité, bien que les horaires du restaurant ne soient pas toujours pratiques. Les tarifs en haute saison étaient élevés, surtout pour un hôtel quatre étoiles. Un autre inconvénient était le manque de prises de courant dans la chambre, et celles présentes semblaient instables et peu conformes aux normes. Avant le départ, il est important de vérifier soigneusement la facturation, car des erreurs de surfacturation sont possibles. En somme, l'Hôtel dei Pini offrait un séjour convenable, mais des problèmes de connexion, d'emplacement éloigné et d'installations électriques méritaient une attention particulière.

Merci beaucoup pour votre avis, Gharbi. Nous chérissons les rapports utiles comme le vôtre. L'année prochaine nous aurons une connexion super wifi (fibre optique). Quant aux prises électriques de la chambre, dans les nouvelles chambres elles ont été remplacées et d'ici la saison prochaine nous aurions dû remplacer toutes les prises pour garantir un plus grand confort.Nous espérons vous accueillir à nouveau à l'Hôtel dei Pini :)

Hôtel situé dans un très beau parc naturel Jolie chambre avec mini bar mais manque de machine à café ainsi que bouilloire. Salle de bain petite mais très fonctionnelle avec douche spacieuse mais manque d’hygiène beaucoup de poils coller contre le mur et étant resté 6 nuits pas beaucoup de ménage mise à part faire le lit. Joli balcon avec accès terrasse et transat très sympa. Petit déjeuner buffet simple mais bon très bonne sucrerie faite maison chaque jour mais manque de choix niveau salé. Plage très bien avec chaise longue attirée à la chambre. Bar de l’hôtel avec personnel incompétent très longue attente pour les cocktails ainsi que non respect du happy hours mentionner.

Posto stupendo
La grande forza è la spiaggia privata molto bella e non affollata . Per il nostro ultimo giorno abbiamo potuto usufruire dei servizi e vi ringraziamo. Però per quanto riguarda la colazione , pranzo e cena il servizio potrebbe essere meglio nel senso organizzativo. Attesa molto lunga probabilmente dettato de periodo Covid. Ringraziamo comunque Adriana e Elisabetta per la loro professionalità.

Hotel très confortable sur plage privée. Parking gratuit. A 15 mn en voiture d'Alghero. Donc séjour bains de mer et accès rapide à la vieille ville. Très bon buffet au petit déjeuner. Restaurant quelconque.

Hotel de taille moyenne, pas très récent mais très bien entretenu, avec un accès direct à une jolie plage. Chaque chambre dispose de transats avec parasol qui lui sont attribués pour la durée du séjour, donc pas besoin de se battre pour pouvoir se poser au bord de la plage. Nous étions logés dans une chambre avec vue sur mer qui disposait d'un petit balcon. La chambre avait été refaite récemment avec une jolie salle de bain moderne. Elle était toutefois relativement petite et l'insonorisation entre les chambres étaient assez mauvaise. Le personnel de la réception était aimable et compétent. Le restaurant était correct sans plus (grande salle un peu impersonnel, de même que le service).

Bel hôtel pour visiter Alghero
Une très bel hôtel de standing, noyé dans la pinède au bord d'une très belle plage de sable. Le lieux est particulièrement calme tout en restant proche d'Alghero, le stationnement est facile dans l'enceinte de l'hôtel et à l'ombre des pins. Bon petits déjeuners et chambre avec un beau balcon et une belle salle d'eau.

Es ist eine schöne Location, direkt am Strand und schönes Meer. Dennoch muss man die halben Ferien an der Bar verbringen, da der Service von der Bar sehr langsam ist. Zudem ist es auch unhöflich. Anders sieht dies im Restaurant direkt neben an aus… da kommt das Essen sehr schnell und ist sehr lecker. Das Personal im Restaurant ist sehr höflich, so könne es an der Bar auch sein :)

Amazing stay at Hotel dei Pini for 4 nights in October with variety of activities to do and many options in the restaurant. Seaview/beach access room: clean and organized well, good lighting and a lovely patio with easy access to the beach. Quiet throughout the night. Restaurant: Breakfast buffets available daily with a decent amount of suitable options. Dinner was great with many options, as well as a Mediterranean buffet on Monday. We skipped lunch, but enjoyed some drinks at the bar in the afternoons. Beach side: the beach is beautiful and has clear water, with mostly soft sand and some rocky terrain around. Recliner beach chaise (chairs) were available often, even though some other guests would sometimes put towels to hold them up. Great view of the sunrise. Water activities available beach side: -Kayaking: available for single and doubles. This was fun with many views around the coast and great for any beginner! -Motorized Boat: fits 3 people well, up to 4 comfortably. We rented the boat for 4 hours and traveled around the coast to the Capo Caccia and Isola di Foradada. We were instructed on how to operate the boat and all safety measures prior to leaving. Plenty of time to sightsee, as well as to take a dip in the waters. Pool: clean waters and not so busy because most guests rather go to the beach. Great view of the sunset. Poolside drinks/snacks available to order. Overall, amazing experience and well worth every minute of it! 5/5 would recommend!

A beautiful hotel and property, with a fantastic staff. The private beach is perfect along with the pool area. The food in the breakfast buffet, and its location was a nice way to start the day. In my opinion this is thee place to stay if travelling to Alghero. We got upgraded to a beach side main floor room with a spacious patio and really appreciated that!! As with a lot of Italian hotels, we didn't have a coffee maker in the room, so that wasn't a big deal considering all the benefits of staying here. From what I understand we could have had a tea kettle and tea brought to the room, but we're Canadians and we love our coffee, lol!!

The staff was very friendly and responsive. Although the property was clean, the beach is nothing like they show on their site. The beach is extremely small and is surrounded by rocks of both sides. We were hoping to stay at a resort with a beach that Sardinia is known for... this was not the place to experience that.

Dear Julie we are so sorry that you did not had a terrific stay in our beach..... most of our guests enjoy it very much as you can read in other reviews.Our beach this year was a little smaller than the photo in the website due to sea currents that can change the appereance of the beach, larger or smaller than what appears in photos anyway by following us in social medias guests can have a real time picture of it.Hope that anyway you enjoyed our private beach, few meters from the marine protected area of Porto Conte capocaccia with lots of underwater fauna to discover and enjoy :)

Vi har nydt 3 nætter/4 dage og har ikke fortrudt vores valg af hotel ca 10 km fra Alghero. Naturen, roen og stedet var skøn. Masser af mulighed for at bade i såvel stor flot pool som havet. Rigeligt med strandsenge og lækre håndklæder. Morgenmaden super god. Service i orden. Et sted med mange gæster som sikkert kommer igen og igen. Vores standard værelse lå ved jorden og ud til parkeringsplads - ikke så charmerende.

Great beach right on the property. Great food - on Wednesday they had a suckling pork roast right in outdoor area of the restaurant. Location is also great - 10 min drive to Alghero, 1 hour to La Pelosa beach (most famous on West Coast). The only thing I would suggest is to have a coffee machine in the room. Overall, highly recommend. One of the best hotels we stayed at in Sardinia.

4 dejlige overnatninger på godt strandhotel.
Et dejligt hotel beliggende helt ud til havet med egen god badestrand grænsende op til skoven. Fin sandstrand med sand og små klipper ude i vandet. Flot pool med fantastisk 90 graders havudsigt deroppefra ud over havet og grønne buske, palmer mm.. Her var pænt og rent og der blev gjort ordenligt rent overalt inkl. på værelserne hver dag. Der var Minibar / køleskab på værelserne til drikkevare. Gratis solstole med skyggemuligheder og dejlige strand-badehåndklæder. Flere (tilkøbs) aktivitetes-muligheder på stranden og rigtig gode snorkelmuligheder og masser af fisk at se på revet lige ude foran hotellet / stranden til højre ved klipperne. Lidt ælde hotel, som dog er blevet renoveret i nyere tid som var meget charmerende. Personalet var super servicemindet, smilende og meget venligt om end vi spiste eller havde brug for hjælp til udflugter eller andet. Maden smagte godt og vi spiste både en god buffet med en masse spændende lokale retter (da der var et stort hold som boede her en dag) og efterfølgende spiste vi "a la carte" med frisk salat, fisk og pasta mm. aften og stor morgenbuffet hver morgen. Værelset var moderniseret med myggenet, skodder, aircon., nyere badeværelse og nye skabe og gulve. Der var desuden en fin altan med udsigt. Sengene var okay - dog intet outstanding. Alt i alt et rigtig dejligt hotel med sublim service - priserne er i den lidt dyere ende, selv om vi var her lidt uden for sæsonnen midt i Maj og vi havde behaggelige temp. i luften 20-22gr.

Bei der Ankunft fanden wir auf dem Boden, im Bett und in der Dusche/Badezimmer Haare der Vorgänger, welche trotz Reklamation auch beim zweiten Mal reinigen nicht restlos entfernt wurden. Die Minibar wurde vor unserer Ankunft nicht kontrolliert, denn eine Wasserflasche war bereits geöffnet worden. Während der Happy Hour scheint das Servicepersonal überfordert zu sein (wir mussten 50 Min. auf zwei Cocktails warten, auch wenn sie dann sehr schön aussahen). Besteck beim Frühstück war teilweise dreckig.

We had a very nice stay at Hotel Dei Pini. The beach area is great, every room has assigned sunbeds, so we didn’t have to stress every morning to get a spot. We got as many beachtowels as we needed. The water in the sea is amazing, very clear. The staff overall was very friendly. The drinks at the bar were good. The breakfast also. The downside was that the bed was a bit hard. No walking distance to Alghero, but there was a beach bus going to the city in front of the Hotel, ca each hour, but no returning bus between 19-23 o clock (the last one was at 23). Alghero is beautiful and definately worth a visit!

The beach is amazing. Sandy clear waters. Breakfast is wonderful too with amazing views. The hotel was somewhat lacking with amenities and the staff are lacking personal touch. Went down to the beach, and there were plenty of chairs available, but were told they were already reserved by other guest. No one ever showed up. Not sure if the worker wanted a bribe or tip. But overall for what we wanted, which was a hotel on the beach, it does provide that. If I came back to this region of sardina, not sure if I would pick again, but not upset either.

We are really pleased that you appreciated the beauty and uniqueness of our beach and sea, which have always been the main strengths of our Hotel. The spots on the beach, beach umbrellas and sunbeds, are assigned on arrival and are kept reserved for the entire guests' stay in order to guarantee them a peaceful vacation without having the rush and the struggle to find or look for a new position everyday. That’s the reason why you saw some chairs on the beach who seemed to be available but they were already assigned and reserved to other guests no matter if they were not present. We can absolutely confirm that our staff doesn’t take any tip or bribe to assign any place on the beach but they work hard everyday to meet and satisfy the customers needs. Wir hatten eine Autopanne und das Personal hat uns sehr gut unterstützt und geholfen. Schade, dass es mit dem Upgrade zur Suite nicht geklappt hat. Trotzdem war das Zimmer okay.

La spiaggia dell'hotel è molto bella, mare stupendo. Hotel ben tenuto, il ristorante di qualità, ad eccezione della cena di Ferragosto (80 euro a persona) alimenti non di qualità e non all'altezza del prezzo richiesto. La struttura non effettua servizio di ordinazioni in spiaggia, per l'aperitivo bisogna recarsi all'interno dell'hotel e fare circa 30 minuti di fila, dato che c'è solo una persona a servire tutti gli ospiti per l'aperitivo.
