Agréable villa
Nous avons passe un agréable séjour dans cette villa , la villa est un peu bruyante (route et ligne aérienne) cette villa est loué pour 8 personnes il y a que 5 transats autour de la piscine dommage . Un aspirateur serait le bien venu pour entretenir la villa plutôt que des balaies et un barbecue de taille suffisante

Nous avons pris en compte vos commentaires et avons mis à disposition 8 chaises longues afin de correspondre à la capacité de la villa. En revanche, un aspirateur est bien à disposition dans la villa. Concernant le bruit, nous sommes désolé du désagrément, pourtant la villa se situe dans un quartier résidentiel, à côté du Old Village. C'est un quartier réputé pour son calme et peu de personnes dans ce quartier se plaignent des nuisances sonores. Nous espérons vous accueillir de nouveau lors d'un prochain séjour. Anna

Nice stay in Villa
Great villa in a quiet area, place was very clean and well presented. Close to beach and main town, about a 30min walk or short Uber. One thing that would be better if there were some common necessities in the kitchen like salt, pepper, oil etc but otherwise a fantastic stay.

Nice place for a family group vacation in Vilamoura
Simple, but cosy home. Four bedroom with ensuite bathroom. Barbecue is andy for a family charcoal grill Agreable pool for a refreshing swim after the beach or in the morning. Very calm area… no noise from traffic or other houses… you have to have a car…, I certainly recommend

A great stay in sunny Vilamoura
A great property, with everything that an extended family of 7 could need. Comfortable, clean, well-equipped, and all in all a very pleasant place to chill at for a week. Easy (and cheap) to get about by Uber, which we felt was more straightforward for us than hiring a car which wouldn’t have been able to seat all of us in any case!

Loverly Villa
The location of the villa is in a quiet residential area at the head of a cul de sac. Pool is excellent so too the gardens. Amenities inside the villa are basic but adequate. Showers are very powerful which I found excellent as normally I find the pressure low where I go. Overall we had a good time and the agent Sonia was always contactable.

Lovely stay
Well equiped house, nice surroundings, close to the harbour of Vilamoura. Lovely swimming pool in nice garden. Contact with owner and property back office was very pleasant. We definitely like to go back!

Lovely house in welcoming neighbourhood
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, property spacious and well equipped (although missed not having a toaster). Location quite a distance to walk to Marina but with Uber taxis at 3 euros it was no big deal. Fabulous restaurant Cafe del Arte a short walk and highly recommend. Welcome packs and more informative information of area ie best supermarket to stock up at, would help guests settle in quicker. (Quarteira has the best supermarkets, aldi okay but not as well Stocked)

A beautiful villa
Our stay at this villa was perfect, the rooms were spacious and air conditioning was so nice. A short walk to old town made it a great location. The pool was lovely, my family and i thouroughly enjoyed ourselves here, highly recommended

Amazing 2 weeks at this beautiful villa
What an amazing 2 weeks we had at this Villa - very well equipped, washing machine was a god send, pool lovely and clean, villa very spacious and rooms were all spacious. Would definately stay here again.

Férias 2020
A casa é muito boa e corresponde às fotografias. Bem equipada e limpa. Como aspectos negativos tem o facto de não trocarem as roupas de cama e toalhas de banho a meio da estadia, o que para uma estadia de uma semana é desagradável. No final da estadia foi desagradável terem nos pedido mais dinheiro do que o que constava no site pelo número de pessoas que estiveram na casa.

Hi Pedro, Thank you for your review about the clean house and that the description corresponds to the villa. We are sorry that there was a misunderstanding about the number of people during your vacation. During your booking, you mentioned 4 people only and you were 7 during your stay. I hope you understand that the price is calculated according to the number of people for the cleaning services. That fee at the end was just an adjustment of the price that you would have paid if 7 people were included in the quotation on Homeaway. Bedding and towels are changed every week, so a new set for each room is provided (depending on the number of people), but the beds are not made. Fab Girls Long Weekend
Loved the house, plenty of space with lovely pool. Would recommend car for staying longer that a weekend especially for shopping. Taxi service was excellent and very reasonable.

Excelente opção para férias em família, numa zona muito calma. Sugiro que tenham mais toalhas e que as camas estejam feitas quando a chegada dos hóspedes. De resto tudo impecável.

Beautiful Villa!
The villa is perfect in every way set is a very quiet peaceful cul de sac, Suzel and her partner made us feel very welcome and they were always very helpful. The pool is very clean and well maintained and the garden and seating area makes for lovely lazy days by the pool. The location is great for getting about both locally around Vilamoura and by car to travel up and down the coast. We hope to be back again soon!

Acho estranho que a casa depois de 1 semana de estadia não ter tido 1 serviço de limpeza,e também ter pedido para a mudança de roupas da cama e toalhas,não falando te termos de fazer as camas nunca visto pois tenho alugado casa em vilamoura nunca visto uma coisa como esta. We really loved the place. Just a few problems (small) like one or two lights that didn´t work, the beds were not made at arrival, the camping gas was missing some parts. The worst thing was the internet access point...really slow and useless. We had to buy and use comunication cards. The rest...great!!!

I had intended to leave a review earlier but wanted to give the owner the opportunity to explain why we were left with no hot water for half our holiday. She responded initially but has subsequently ignored my emails. Firstly I would like to say that the villa is lovely, beautifully clean and the photographs do not do it justice. That said, we had a number of niggling issues but one major issue in that we had no hot water for 4 days out of 7. We understand that things can go wrong through nobody's fault, the measure is how the problem is dealt with. It took numerous phone calls and technician visits which failed to resolve the problem before we left the villa. As a party of 8 adults and a baby in a hot climate with no hot water for half our time at the villa this obviously had a negative impact on our holiday. The owner's response on our return was to express regret but failed to offer even a token recompense. In fact there has been no response at all to my suggestion of paying for a meal. I can't express how annoying it is to be fobbed off with excuses and then ignored. In addition to the hot water issue, despite having given flight details in advance, phoned the contact on arrival at Faro Airport and a further phone on arrival at the villa we had a wait of 45 minutes before anyone arrived with the keys. Not what you want after a long journey. Clean linen and towels are provided ( note no pool towels) but the beds are not made up! Not an ideal situation when arriving late. Other niggles, no TV, intermittent internet which runs off a dongle with a data limit and a new but incomplete BBQ. In summary, a bad experience that was made worse by the attitude and poor communication of the owner.

Great potential but lacks basics
We stayed for a week in July. The house itself is very new and in excellent condition. It is in a great neighbourhood and taxi or tourist train are easy to get to the harbour. Unfortunately there were a number of things that let the property down, specifically when you have kids or teens: - The internet was not stable due to the use of a dongle and not a modem. - There was no television although the connection for the satellite was there but the dish was not installed - every other property around us had it. - No umbrellas - it is only late afternoon when you get the shade of the tree. - Lights of the pool didn't work which made it not feasible to use it late evening. - The inside of the house is very simple and it was difficult to make it cosy inside due to the lights and furtniture. The property has potential and is easy to fix but we were not happy with how it is unfortunately.

Good size, very well equipped and functional
I will almost surely book it again. 4 rooms, each one of them with its own bathroom. Good decoration with all that you need, with good taste and without being crammed. Relatively short distance (by car) to the beach: 10min to Praia da Falésia (Thai Beach Club side).

Excellent property
This villa is great, it has everything you can possibly need. The 4 double /twin bedrooms are all similar with ensuite facilities in them all. The kitchen facilities are ample and there is a brand new gas BBQ. It is situated 3/4 of a mile from the old village pubs and restaurants and another 3/4 of a mile to the marina. The pool is small but ideal for cooling off, it is not cold though, it is a good temperature. The only problem we had was the wifi didn't work but I'm sure the owner will sort that out as she had excellent communication with us. If there are 6 to 8 of us going again next year we will be sure to stay here again

Thank you for your appreciation, it is nice to know that you spent a nice holiday in our villa. About the wifi, we asked many times for the fiber or the cable without any succes. We will try changing the internet provider as we can't allow more problem with the Wifi. We are looking forward to seeing you again in our villa !

Smashing Villa
This is a really nice villa in a lovely quiet area. Even nicer than the pictures on the website. All rooms are very big and spacious. Kitchen is really well equipped with absolutely everything you need. Pool is a lovely size and clean and the garden is very well maintained. Lovely patio area for having your meals outside. The owner is extremely helpful and was met by a really nice couple there. There is a supermarket about a 10 min walk from the villa in the Old Village which also has pub and restaurant. While the marina is a 30 min walk away (downhill thankfully!) a taxi back up to the villa will only cost you 5 or 6 euro. There is a train running on the nearby street with a stop about 10 mins or less from the Villa which costs 6 euro for a day pass (20 euro for a week) so you can use as often as you want. However be aware that the train does not run at lunchtime or from 6pm to 8pm in evening!! I would totally recommend this villa to any family or families going on holiday to Villamora.
