L'endroit était très bien pour le prix! Les chambres étaient spacieuses et propres et il y avait beaucoup de services offerts. Seule petite critique : la température de l'eau dans la douche était très instable et passait du bouillant au glacial toutes les 5 secondes.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour auprès de cet établissement. Les restaurants et bars étaient vraiment agréables avec un personnel attentif et attentionné. Cependant, le classement en 5 étoiles n'est pas justifié. En effet, plusieurs détails sont perceptibles comme l'entretien des chambres négligé par les personnels de ménage (papier toilette non alimenté, draps non changés). Nous avons également noté le manque de respect de certains touristes qui laissent des déchets un peu partout et malheureusement, le personnel de nettoyage n'était pas présent pour ramasser ces déchets. Cet hôtel mérite 4 étoiles et reste néanmoins très agréable.

Pictures do not do this place justice. It’s a brilliant hotel, quite secluded in Alvor. Lovely to have an adults only area (pool) to be away from the noise and craziness of the family areas. Food is great, good variety and a very good quality.

Very limited onsite activities. Limited food options. The property was about to close for the cold season and they limited dining options to only 2 restaurants, and closed other restaurants. Indoor activities specifically kid's activities were extremely limited. They had no onsite activities on last night of our stay, October 30th.

The staff were amazing, they're always ready to help. The location was walking distance to the beach. The rooms all have their own patio area. The area is safe and surrounded with tourist attractions. I had a great time here and if I'm visiting Portugal once again, I'll definitely want to stay there again.

Very modern, new hotel with comfortable rooms. Fabulous food at the restaurants and something always on offer at other outlets (although the food temperature could be warmer on the buffets). Bar & restaurant staff all very welcoming and friendly. Slight (& picky) negatives - bit of a walk to the beach / taxi to the local town. Water & coffee creamer not replenished in rooms each day. Late check-out not available and although shower facilities provided - the water in those showers was freezing and meant that washing hair was not possible.

Great option for kids holiday!
Just came back from a stay at Tivoli. A few pros: - Facilities are great for kids, with swimming pool, splash pad and kids club. Kids club also has day long snacks for pickier eaters so you don't worry if they skipped a meal at the main restaurants - Little train takes you to beach in 5min, and you can easily get taxis to ones further away - Entertainers at kids club are amazing and keep kids really engaged - Food options as there are 4 different restaurants and snack bars with food all day long Cons: - Reception staff really lets down as they could be quite unreliable - in more than one occasion we asked them to pre book taxis only to show up and taxis had not been booked (including to airport!). We also had to lug our luggage and kids down the hill (our room was right at the top of the property) as we asked them for help and no one ever showed up. - Our room phone didn't work during the whole stay despite them saying they'd get it fixed - it meant we had to walk to reception every time we needed something - Room/cleaning staff could be more attentive too - often would not clean out rubbish/dirty glasses from room, and we kept having to ask to have water bottles replenished This is a great stay for kids - our kids made long lasting memories! But it's let down by the general attentiveness and reliability of the front of house staff. Entertainers were a highlight, as was service at restaurants.

The property was good but didn’t feel money’s worth as it was quite expensive compared to similar other properties. The staff were polite and pleasant but didn’t seem to make an effort to help proactively when raised issues with noise, broken air conditioning, light entering room in night even though these were easily resolved eventually, the reception staff were unable to offer any advice/solution.

This resort was amazing! I stayed with my family that ranged in ages from 6-76. There's something to do for everyone, the staff is so friendly and it's a great location. I would definitely recommend this resort.

The staff were excellent, food and drink was readily available and very good. The only thing that let us down was the quality of the room; whilst it was clean the air conditioning didn't work nor did the shower. Just a bit frustrating that when we arrived we couldn't have these essentials working

After arriving and receiving the keys at 2.45 pm, they have allowed me and taken me to my room at 4.45 PM, saying that my room was not ready until then. If you demand customers to check out by 12.00 PM, you should provide your guests with their rooms after 3.00 PM as it states on all hotel documentation. Food in the main restaurant was absolutely blend. Cleaning personnel walked into my room without knocking and warning that it is a housekeeping about to enter, then giving me attitude that they are here to clean! No concept of guest privacy or service.

DIe Anlage Tivoli Algave Ressort wirkt relativ neuwertig und großzügig gestaltet, aber noch nicht bis ins Kleinste landschaftstechnisch durchgeplant. Saubere, schön angelegte Poollandschaften, großzügig sprich weiträumige Restaurantflächen, vielfältiges Essensangebot, durchorganisiertes Unterhaltungsprogramm. Besonders zu erwähnen ist die vorherrschende Entspanntheit, ausreichend Liegemöglichkeiten sowie Sonnenschirme, kein Kampf um die Liegen. Die Rezeption sowie das Putzpersonal sind lobend zu erwähnen, der Service, insbesondere bei den Mahlzeiten, wirkt sehr bemüht, ohne wirklich zu glänzen. Die Lage ist gut, 10 Autominuten bis Portimao, knappe 10 Gehminuten bis zum Strand. Unter dem Strich eine tolle Woche, als Familienurlaub durchaus zu erwägen

Vanaf minuut 1 was de service heel goed. Ik liep op krukken en ze deden er alles aan om mijn verblijf comfortabel te maken. Even een telefoontje naar de receptie plegen en alles werd geregeld. Het eten was lekker en gelukkig genoeg vegetarische opties. Personeel was professioneel en maakte altijd een praatje. Ik zou dit hotel bij iedereen aanraden.

Beautiful property and wonderful staff. Hotel was clean. Adult pool was beautiful and clean. Drinks and towels readily available and staff always around to help. The food was very good and fresh. Essence restaurant had great options everyday for lunch and dinner. So many options to choose from. The spa was great! The messages were affordable and very relaxing. They had great options and lots of great fun things for the kids which i loved. I went here for my birthday vacation solo. I am definitely coming back and bringing my family to experience this wonderful experience.

This hotel has the potential to be excellent but a few improvements need to be made. The adult pool was great. Lovely pool and comfy sun loungers. The only down side was that there was no bar. There was 1 member of staff each day who would take orders but drinks were often forgotten and it took a long time to receive drinks. They had a few drinks on offer round the pool (wine and soft drinks) but if you wanted cocktails, the member of staff had to walk off (took around 15-20mins to get the drink). An actual bar by the pool would be better. The food was average to good. Some lovely meals but the buffet was the same all week. The restaurants only had a few options. The service at restaurants wasn’t good. They seemed to have on one member of staff taking orders at a time whilst the other staff simply cleaned plates and bought food out. More people taking orders would improve the experience. The bar areas were lovely with comfy seats, fire pits and plenty of drink options. It was a shame the mini disco was 9pm - 10pm every night. This is peak time when people finish their meals and want to drink/listen to music. Instead, we listened to baby shark and Disney songs during this time. No other bar on the resort played music or offered an adult atmosphere. The red wine was also kept in the fridge which is odd. Again, a few minor improvements would improve this. Perhaps open the restaurant bar up properly and play music/have entertainment for adults.

Me gustó la calidad de la comida, aunq pobre en variedad. No me gustó el trato de la mayoria del personal. El hotel no estaria mal para un 4 estrellas pero si coges 5 para no preocuparte pot algunas cosas y descansar unos dias... no te pueden causar incomodidadws ni estropearte el viaje pq no hagan reservas q te hanian codirmado ( en restaurantes), pq no llevan maletas a la habitacion o si lo pides va el coche solo y tardaedia hora en volver, no hacen la hanitacion, no tienen arreglado el cesped de la zona infantil ( hay verdaderos matorrales ), no recogen la mesa ( falta personal ) .. no es 5 estrellas, incluso deficiente para 4 en algunas cosas. No vuelvo

Excelente fds em casal, descanso completo. O Hotel é muito bom, boas piscinas, boas instalações, contudo nota-se que estão ainda a afinar procedimentos e a formar novos colaboradores. Não arrumaram 1 dia o quarto nem deixaram as habituais águas no quarto por exemplo. O pequeno almoço para um hotel de 5* tb podia ser bem mais variado e de melhor qualidade. Mas em resumo foram optimos dias de descanso num óptimo hotel.

"I want to share my review of Tivoli Alvor Algarve Resort. Firstly, the check-in process was very efficient and the staff members were friendly. They kindly introduced me to the room and provided me with all the necessary information, which made me feel very comfortable and excited to start my vacation. Even before my room was ready, I was able to enjoy a delicious lunch at the hotel. The hotel staff were very attentive and filled my towels daily. I also appreciated the fact that they provided breakfast, lunch, and dinner as well as snacks throughout the day. The location was perfect as it was within walking distance to the beach and the hotel also provided shuttle buses to the town and beach. The hotel's parking lot was also secure with a gatekeeper. The sauna and indoor swimming pool were great facilities, although the steam room was not yet operational. If you're looking for a 5-star hotel, I highly recommend this hotel. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip."
