This modern apartment in Algarrobo Costa is fully equipped for a comfortable stay. It offers central air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, and a living room with 50" Smart TV and direct access to the terrace.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, fridge-freezer, coffee maker, and more. The apartment has 2 bedrooms: a main one with a double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower, and a second bedroom with two single beds. There's also a second full bathroom with shower.

The maximum capacity is 4 people. A private parking spot is included inside the complex, and during the summer months guests can enjoy the communal swimming pool (normally opened from mid June until mid September, however please note that these dates are approximate and subject to change by the community administration. We recommend inquiring directly for the most up-to-date information on opening and closing dates).

The beach is just 350 meters from the apartment, and within a 400-meter radius you’ll find supermarkets, bars, restaurants, and beach bars.
The location is ideal for enjoying the Malaga coast without needing a car, with all essential services nearby and good access to surrounding towns like Torre del Mar, Vélez-Málaga, and Nerja.

The community pool is generally open from mid-June to mid-September. Please note that these dates are approximate and subject to change by the community administration. We recommend inquiring directly for the most up-to-date information on opening and closing dates.

- Pets are NOT allowed. We won't accept the booking.
- Maximum capacity: 4 guests. Exceeding this limit is strictly prohibited. Penalty up to €300.
- Trash: Guests must dispose of garbage in public containers. If unsure about the location, please ask us. Failure to comply may result in a €50 penalty.
- Kitchen: Used kitchenware (pots, pans, dishes, glasses, etc.) must be left clean. Final cleaning does not include garbage removal or washing used items. Penalty up to €50 if not respected.
- Parties are not allowed. This includes loud gatherings, high-volume music, or disturbances during quiet hours (10:00 PM – 8:00 AM).
- Respect the property: Please treat the home as your own. Damaged or misused items will be deducted from the security deposit.
- Appliances: If anything doesn’t work properly, inform us promptly so we can fix it and ensure a comfortable stay.
- Keys: 1 or 2 sets are provided. Loss of keys or lockouts may require lock replacement or locksmith service, charged to the guest.
- Bed linen and towels: Do not use them to remove makeup, clean wine, or other staining substances. Irreparably stained items will be charged.

- Extra bed linen and towels for up to 4 guests: €25 per stay.
