« The room was huge with more than enough space for a seating area as well as a dressing table/coffee station. Tea/coffee provided and hairdryer in room. Bathroom was adequate but dated and some of the seating in the bedroom area was ripped and one of the bedside lights didn’t work. Staff were helpful although it took some time to knowledge us on arrival. They were really helpful when I phoned to make an enquiry prior to arrival. « Très belle chambre, grand confort et la cadeau de bienvenue était un vrai bonus nous qui adorons le Titanic ! Par contre petit couac, il n’y avait pas de produit d’hygiène dans la salle de bain pour la douche. De plus le petit déjeuner était fermé ce jour là. Mais nous avons été orienté vers un très bon endroit. »

« Desperately needed air con »

« The room was excellent and the staff were all lovely. We had dinner the first evening but somehow our order got 'lost' and we waited an hour for the food from ordering. Meanwhile, meals were being brought out for diners around us. No one seemed to notice that we were waiting and waiting..... However, the staff were very apologetic, the food was delicious (when it finally arrived) and we were not charged for it in the end. Overall, a great place to stay- and eat- and we would recommend. »
