« Lovely location. Collin was easily available through text and call throughout the stay, which was very helpful. There were some challenges with parking which is largely due to the reality of being in Old Town and confusion of what street parking was available, but my group and I made it work. Carpooling definitely made things easier. Beds were comfy and the house was spacious. The open concept for the living and dining room was perfect for a group. »

« The property is nice and updated, looks just like the pictures. The backyard is a great retreat! The 2 private parking spaces made it comfortable to come and go. The beds are comfortable and plenty of towels and convenience items (shampoo, trash bags, etc). The hosts were accessible during the stay, but we didn’t need them. If you’re looking for somewhere to stay near DC, this place in a nice quiet neighborhood is a perfect choice. »

« The 10/10 reviews are very misleading. This is not a 10 property. It is listed as a 3 bedroom, but the 3 rd room is the basement game room and bar. It is not a separate room. The room would be nice as a gameroom/bar but only had foosball and 4 games. The bar had no glasses or fridge. Kitchen stocked with some things and not others. Only 3 glasses, but about 10 shot glasses. The fridge had NO ICE at all. Not even trays! This alone should make it a 1 star place. The dishwasher kept falling out of...
