Hôtel simple, propre pour un stop d'une nuit
Hôtel simple et confortable. Parking sur place. L'accueil se fait au restaurant - pub à côté. Les chambres sont dans un bâtiment séparé. Chambre spacieuse et simple. Bouilloire avec café et thé dans la chambre. Le restaurant ferme tôt (20h), trop tôt je trouve. Après une journée de visite, nous avons donc du trouver un autre endroit pour manger. Petit déjeuner correct avec possibilité de commander un cooked breakfast. Le personnel lors de notre check in était tres sympathique et serviable. Par contre, le serveur du petit déjeuner beaucoup moins et il s'est également trompé sur notre commande.

Very convenient after arriving at Glasgow airport and commencing our driving tour of Scotland. Good well priced meals at the adjoining pub.

Didn’t like that we were told didn’t need to book for dinner. When we went for dinner was then told we do have to book.we were accommodated though. Food was ok. Didn’t like that we had to use a phone app to order. People of a certain age can’t use that fortunately for us there was a younger member of our group who did this for usWon’t eat there again.

I have stayed with my children twice and everybody was so friendly and very family friendly even dogs get a drink at the bar love visiting Balloch and staying at the Queen of the loch lovely stay all round

When I arrived, there was a leak in the bathroom. The manager was really helpful in getting a plumber to attend and kindly offered a free drink at the bar for the inconvenience.

The family room we booked was quite spacious. It was clean and well equipped. There's plenty of parking space and quite close to a few attractions in the area. We enjoyed our 3 day stay at the hotel.

We enjoyed our stay and mainly just used it to sleep as we adventured out for most of the day. The room was clean and spacious. It would have been nice to have a mini fridge/microwave in the family rooms and additional bathroom amenities for the family room. The location was very convenient to get to the places we wanted to see. Was great to have parking right in front of our room. Thank you very much for our stay.

Achei bem desagradável, pq cheguei de noite, sabendo que tinha um restaurante no hotel, mas como era feriado e o restaurante estava lotado e eles não fizeram nenhum esforço para nos acomodar, simplesmente, não temos lugar.

Dont stay if you wsnt to sleep
Do not stay if you want to sleep. Despite calling 3 times regarding children going in and out of rooms until 0130, screaming , when i asked the parents to stop this i was told to get beck in room! Called manager and csme o ce and asked then to "try" and stay in room . On calling and messaging a further 3 times no one came !
