Had major elevator problems. Only one elevator worked. Tile Floor in elevator was cracked. Other elevator was closed. Working elevator made loud noises and you were often stuck on floors 20 minutes. Breakfast was okay - would’ve liked more choices than 2 main choices. Staff was nice and understanding. Lobby needed floor cleaning and looked dirty.

On the front first page of the Expedia website clearly states Pet Friendly. We apologize if you did not see it or read it, but we do advertise as a pet friendly hotel. We do keep pets limited to the first floor.

The hotel could use some updates. The elevators stopped working during my stay and we had to use the stairs to the exterior of the building.

There was a child above me that was running and jumping throughout the night. I called the front desk at 11:30pm and they didn’t seem interested that I was calling to complain. The child continued despite my complaint. When I went to leave the next morning I went to the elevators which apparently weren’t working. I had to carry my suitcase and belongings down the stairs for four flights. The staff didn’t offer any apologies for any of the inconveniences. I will not stay here again.

Stayed for four days and one elevator out of two didn’t work the entire time. Good thing my room wasn’t as high up so I could take the stairs. Overall no other complaints

The property is old and rundown. BUT, the rooms are recently renovated, very clean, fresh and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again.

El hotel cumple con su objetivo, es limpio el desayuno es bueno y el personal amable. Lo único es que necesita un mejor mantenimiento de las instalaciones, que están un poco descuidadas. Si lo usa para viajar a Washington DC queda aproximadamente a 20 minutos así que debe considerar el transporte que como promedio en Uber es de $20 ida y $20 vuelta (puede ser más)

Right off the highway, so it was convenient. Breakfast buffet was decent ( eggs, bacon or sausage, waffkes, danish, fruit, yogurt). Cabt beat it for the price. Would stay here agsin when we visit our son

Property was clean. Parking area around the hotel was well lit up. The breakfast area is small and a bit too packed in with tables. The food selection was good but the waffle maker always seem to have a long line.

The bacon was like grease sticks. The breakfast was very suspicious, it was hair in the eggs from the man's beard who was cooking. He didn’t have on a mask or chef wear. They were very unsanitary. The shower water didn’t heat up at all in my room but the sink water did get hot. The elevator made rattling noises as it went up and down. However, Ms. Hope at front desk was very polite and my room was clean.

We would like to remind you that our front desk was/is open 24hrs for all of your questions, comments and concerns. You stayed with us for 3 nights and did not mention any of these things to our front desk staff, maintenance or their managers. Please, if you any issues with your room, staff, cleanliness or the property itself we do ask that you inform us immediately so we have a chance to fix or accommodate you and not wait until you depart and then inform us of your issues on your review.

Not a bad place for the price. The road noise is a little loud but bearable. I just needed a place to sleep so it suited my needs.

Free parking and access to room early. Rooms overlook 95 so they are loud most of the time. Water pressure in the bathrooms is sub-standard

The hotel is off I-95 and it’s good because of that but it’s also a big problem. Heavy traffic and lots off noises thru out the night.
