« Hotel Heron is ideally located in the middle of Old Town Alexandria. Rooms were clean and bed was very comfortable. Kiln onsite restaurant was very good. We did have a couple issues with the room attendant who forgot to replace our wash cloths and made the bed with two top sheets instead of using a bottom fitted sheet. « My entire stay was absolutely wonderful!!! Check In was handle so smoothly. My husband drove up behind me and he has a dulley 450 truck that was too high for the parking garage. The hotel manager arranged parking for my husband, and we were able to park beside the hotel in the day parking lot. He even gave us his card in case we had any issues with the parking attendant. « Bel hôtel. Propre et rénové. Check in/Out rapide. Personnel gentil. Avec stationnement gratuit. Le déjeuné n’est pas inclus et il n’y a pas de piscine. C’est à côté du TopGolf, très pratique. Bon rapport qualité/prix. »
