Location, location, location!!! It really is a 5 minute walk to everything! Home had everything that was needed for a long weekend. Lucked out and we were the only ones in the place! Would definitely recommend & return.

Terrific place in Alexandria Bay!
This was a wonderful place to stay for a long weekend in Alexandria Bay! The river is beautiful and this place is walking distance to boat tours, restaurants, shops, and more. The place was immaculate, nicely decorated, and Pam was an excellent host and communication was great! We would definitely stay here again! Recommend!

Long weekend get away
Never have been to the area or knew much about it, booked the property and just went for it! My girlfriend and I had so much fun and the property was very clean and in a great location.

Alex Bay Staycation
Nice location to get to everything in Alex Bay…walking distance. Quiet neighborhood with friendly people. House has all the amenities we needed…very cute decor.

Amazing host!
Pam was such a great host! She was so accommodating and thought of all the little details for her guests. Pam is so quick to answer any questions prior to your stay and while you’re staying at her property. The property is in an amazing spot in AB and very spacious. Super clean too. I could go on about how awesome our experience was, but 10/10 recommend. We hope to be back!

It’s such a pleasure to have guests like Kathleen and her boyfriend as they left my place In wonderful condition! I enjoyed communicating with her before her arrival and while she was here. I welcome them anytime and anyone that hosts her will not be disappointed! Absolutely a wonderful couple!!!

This property was a perfect location for all that we wanted to do in Alexandria Bay. Close to restaurants, cafe, tourist boat tours, bolt castle. It was a perfect location for this. Pam was an attentive host. Though we didn't use it the pantry was a great idea. Thank you for a great vacation.

Wonderful Experience, not only very clean and very comfortable but also extremely convenient.
As I stated very clean, comfy, cozy, and very convenient location. Our host was excellent and the marine facilities affiliated (JP's Marine) are a top notch and convenient for all boating needs. We could sit on the private dock at night and listen to the live music or walk less than 3 minutes to enjoy the sights, sounds, shopping and food in Alex Bay.

What a gem
My wife and I rented this place for 4 days. The place is absolutely beautiful. The house had everything you need and then some. We had a great time and relaxed at night on the porch. The owners, who own the marina along with all their employees are hands down the best group of people we had the pleasure of meeting and dealing with. They made us feel like family. We will definitely be back again.

Place was super comfortable, clean and very well appointed with lots of supplies. The location is very convenient right next to the marina our boat was at and walking distance to everything in town. Pam was VERY communicative and answered all questions in a timely manner. The shower is very small, but does the job. Only other complaint is that the internet was very slow, but hopefully most guests are not trying to work remotely while there like I was.

Lovely first story apartment with nautical theme decorating. Seems to have been newly renovated. Well equipped kitchen. Very comfortable and spacious living area. Great storage. Bath shower was low and small. Love the chairs on the porch and when the veranda is finished will be even more inviting. Close to everything in Alexandria Bay. Restuarant back kitchen near by spoils the walk to the main street.

Thank you for your review we love to know how to make our place more comfortable. The shower is definitely on the list to upgrade, this past year it’s been so hard to get things needed with manufacturers so far behind. The porch is also on the list for next springs projects as well as finishing the siding. Again, thank you! 😊
