Sorry for inconvenience we take this matter very serious. Upon inspection of whole room by our maintenance staff we find no bed bug or any sign of bed bugs. Then we call pest control service and they give us same report of no bed bug. Even we rent that yesterday night too and we have no complain about any bed bugs. Thank You.
