Stephanie was amazing at the front desk, dealing with a disgruntled customer while also quickly checking in a long line of tired guests. I hate waiting in line, but she kept things moving all on her own. As for the hotel; you can't beat the proce and I'm nostalgic for the old converted Howard Johnsons. I'll be back for sure.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Beds were comfortable. The ac unit made some noise but it wasnt an issue for us. This is definitely an older hotel but we enjoyed our 1 night stay. The front desk ladies were super nice and helped us to find some local shopping. We did not take advantage of the pool or gym(not like the picture only 1 muti machine). The breakfast was ok. Waffles, cereal, some pastries, bagels, toast, a few fruits, hot bisquits and gravy (bisquits were soft and delicious), coffee and juices. Parking is not great here. Small spaces and limited parking in the main area, we saw another lot around back but did not feel confortable parking there.

Our stay was pretty good. Parking is small so cars are super close to each other. The hallway going to the rooms has a weird smell to it. The room was clean and was cleaned while we stayed so that was nice. The pillows are small so woke up with neck pain it felt like I had slept with no pillow. The hotel is next to the freeway so it can get noisy both day and night. Hotel offers breakfast up until 11am. We went at 10 and there was nothing left for us to get. We didnt really mind but just a heads up to head down for breakfast early if youre trying to eat there.

The queen beds were full beds, wish there was more options for breakfast. Swimming pool is perfect and hot tub was wonderful, staff were really nice and helpful, BUT the bathroom and sliding doors need to be updated. Thanks 505

The Good; Bed was nice and soft. The Bad; the whole place needs a lot of attention, The halls are dark and carpet is worn. In the room the carpet is torn, the sliding door on the balcony was out the track didn't lock, the room door needs painted, Elevator has scratches all over the walls. The parking spots are too small for a small car, most people too a space and a half.

First, the lot was full so I couldn’t find a place to park. Reason being, it was cheap and I made the mistake of trying to save a couple dollars. Never again. Property looked abandoned when you drive up as there is a vacant lot for some reason. I’ll run out of characters before I finish this review so I’ll leave it at that. Pay a few dollars more. Find another place.

The lady at the front desk was very nice and friendly. But the room was not well cleaned. Towels and bed sheets were washed but there were dust everywhere in the room.

It was close to the hospital which is why I chose it, my room did not have any towels, had to go to the front desk because there was no phone. The refrigerator did not work, very slow drain in the shower. This property could use some maintenance

Put us in a room with a sliding glass door that would not close completely, leaving an inch floor to ceiling for howling winds and freezing air to come through, and it was snowing. Requested another room they were able to accommodate, new room was fine. At 11:30pm they called to confirm what room we were in as they were selling the other room to some other poor unsuspecting soul. Breakfast was sparse and disgusting. The dining area was not tended, we had to roll up a tablecloth covered in nasty food trash everywhere to get to the table beneath the mess. Not sure where the mess came from, there was more trash on the tables than what was available for consumption. We had coffee and an orange. At least the bed was comfortable. Had to call to get the $100 deposit on an $80 room reversed, which was no issue if ridiculous, the deposit mire than the room? It had already been done, just took a couple days to post to my card. Not our best hotel stay.

For example, we have added several new breakfast items as well as hired a breakfast attendant to keep up on the stock of the food and cleanliness of our dining area. Our breakfast attendant, Angel, does an amazing job at catering to our guests during breakfast! A lot of the plumbing was not working, change room once because of this, got another room to find out that the shower did not work when I got ready for it, so I and my guest washed up for 3 days I think I should have some type of refund for that. Thank You for reading my commit.

This was a rundown and old facility. However, the staff has done their best to keep it clean and safe. While there were water stains on the floor and ceiling and the rugs needed replacing, the room itself was clean, the staff was friendly, and the swimming pool was great! a good price for the value, but definitely not a modern hotel.

This property is horrible we had a river of water running out of the wall. I was poisoned w the mold in the wall you could tell the water leak had happened many other times plua the kept our deposit the broken pupe was in the ceiling feom room 502 above room 402

Thank you Joseph, for taking the time to leave us a review. We actually released your deposit. Depending on your bank, you will see the credit in your account within 3 to 5 business days. Unfortunately, we did have an accident where a balance cartridge gave out. This is absolutely not a typical issue we deal with, some times things happen. Fortunately, our team was able to promptly address the issue with minimal interference to our guest's stay. Here at Hotel 505, my team and I work very hard to maintain a clean and safe environment for guest's like yourself to enjoy. Even under pressure, this team pulled together and got the job done!
