The house is exactly as pictured. My husband loved having coffee in the morning on the back patio. Location was great for us as it was minutes away from our daughter at UNM. Check in was easy and in fact we were able to check in early which was much appreciated. Thank you for hosting us!

We just spent 3 nights in this beautiful, comfortable home. The house is immaculate, cozy, well-appointed with the most comfy beds. The neighborhood is very quiet and close to lots of restaurants and shops in the Uptown area. We will 100% stay again!

We stayed here for a conference and really appreciated that it was just a short walk away — super convenient! The rooms were spacious, clean, comfortable, and very quiet, which made for a restful stay. The host was communicative and responsive, though it would have been helpful to have contactless entry instructions available, rather than only available via communication with the host shortly before arrival.There were a few minor challenges: some of the decor and layout choices made it a bit tricky for our group to move around and use the space comfortably, and we found ourselves needing to adjust a few things to make it more accessible. Also, some of the instructions in the guidebook, like how to use the dishwasher and properly lock the windows, didn’t match the actual experience, which caused a little confusion. We figured it out and all was well in the end. We had were excited to use the outdoor fire pit, but unfortunately due to high winds and local restrictions, we weren’t able to do so safely — very understandable and happy to adhere, but was still a bummer to miss. Overall, it was a solid stay that served our purpose well, and with a few small adjustments, we made it work and had a great time. Thank you for hosting us!

We were very happy with our stay at this Albuquerque property. The home was very clean and well-maintained, with many extras provided for us. The beds were very comfortable and there were plenty of fluffy white towels and hangers in the closets. There were many extras available, including laundry soap, dryer sheets, plenty of toilet paper, and even trial size shampoos, conditioners, toothpaste, etc. The kitchen was well stocked with spices, cooking oils and coffee kpods. We loved the artwork and decor throughout the home and enjoyed being able to park our car in the garage. Communications with the owners was quick and detailed. When we had a couple of questions during our stay, they were quick to respond.Thank you for sharing your place with us for our stay in Albuquerque.

This is a comfortable, secure, and well appointed home in an older neighborhood in Uptown Albuquerque. We especially liked the well-equipped kitchen and the abundance of both creature comforts and decorative touches. This home would be appropriate for both short and longer stays. Lovely home, beautifully decorated and cozy retreat for a family of four (plus a furry friend) close to Uptown. For us, it was a perfect location-close to our family we visiting and to shopping. Quick drive to the mountains for a morning hike. Tween and teen loved their own rooms and smart TV. We enjoyed coffee on the shaded back patio.

This house was absolutely the most perfect place to stay for our family vacation with our young adult children! We had an amazing week staying in this comfy and clean home. We loved having the backyard patio area and the beds were very comfortable. Kitchen was fully stocked for cooking in and home is located in a nice neighborhood that is close to stores and attractions. We would definitely stay here again in the future!

My older brother, younger sister and I couldn’t have been more comfortable in Karen’s lovely home. Located not too far from where we all grew up in the 60’s, in a very quiet neighborhood, it was centrally located to so many of the place we wanted to revisit. Beautifully updated interior was so comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped for a trio that loves to cook together. The backyard was delightful, especially after dark, with all the little glowing lights. Karen and Robert were great, responsive hosts and we will definitely stay here again when any of us return to Albuquerque.

The place was great! Exactly like pictured and very comfortable beds. 4 ladies and plenty of hot water for morning showers. Water did not taste great and they had a Britica but we did buy bottled. Otherwise a perfect spot!

Easy in and out close to stores and UNM. TVs in every room. Kitchen well stocked with pots and pans. very clean and the hand soaps in the bathrooms were a nice touch and smell great!
