When we arrived to check in, we were told we had to leave a $50 CASH deposit with the front desk for any damages or missing items from our stay. We did receive this back upon checkout but I normally don’t carry cash on me so it was just pure luck I had that on me. When we pulled around back to park & go to our room, another guest was sitting in his car smoking weed. It was all you could smell. And he unfortunately had the room next to us. Throughout our entire weekend stay you could smell weed on the property & occasionally in the room. There was no marked signs or anything directing you to the ice machine. I happened to find it on the last night of our stay. The breakfast area was very unkept & the “hot” portion of the breakfast was gone by 7:30am. They serve breakfast from 6am-9am. The room was decent but did find hairs on the bedspread & in the bathroom floor. It could have been cleaned a little better. I didn’t feel exceptionally safe as the door didn’t feel like it closed all the way. We will never stay here again & I would NOT recommend anyone else to stay here either. The only good thing was the convenience of the location & the staff was actually friendly.

Staff was not very knowledgeable and not vwry responsive when asking questions. Tub was dirtt, ice machine did not work and beds are not very good. Will not stay at this property the next time we are in town.

Lost reservation!
Hotel did not have our reservation that we made 3 months previously! Stood in lobby for an hour trying to work out and they would not honor our reservation! Made us get a refund from hotels.com and then charged us an extra $50 to rebook a room with them! Then they have some stupid no bringing a waffle to your room policy! You can pay an extra $20 to bring a dog to your room but not a waffle! Looks at first glance like they just had an update but look closer at all the disgusting details you will find!!

Went to get breakfast at 8 in the am, nothing much was there , when I asked the person behind the desk didn’t seem interested in getting anything else out, we just left and went somewhere for breakfast

Our stay was "okay" I would say. The room was fine, other than there being no baseboards and showing mold on the bottom of the walls in the room. The biggest issue was the constant badgering before check out. We stayed on a Friday night with checkout being at 11am Saturday morning. We received a call to our room phone at 7:15 Saturday morning saying "we was just seeing if yall were still here". I verified 11am check out and they proceeded to call again at 8:25am and as soon as I answered they hung up. THEN at 9:40am housekeeping knocked on the door REPEATEDLY until I opened the door and she said "oh okay I was just seeing if yall were still here." I dont understand that at all. Especially since we were not there past the check out time. Very dissatisfied after this.

This hotel was under construction so at 600 am they were toofing right above our room. There was nails and debris on our vehicles and all through the walkways and parking lots. The management did not make any attempt to clean up the wall ways.

Not high quality, run down, but for the price ok. Very noisy with traffic and other travelers, wall not insulated?shower drain very slow Attis in water the whole shower, I was afraid of falling.

I wanted a hotel with breakfast and a pool. the day I checked in they had a sign saying no breakfast or coffee. I ask why and was told they where waiting on the truck. we stayed four days and no breakfast. we got in the room and there was a dirty shoe print on the bathroom floor. the wife took disinfectant wipes and cleaned everything. the floor turned the wipe black.

Greatest place in Albertville to stay.
I have stayed here many times. Never had a problem. The staff and management have always been very helpful. Very kind and courteous. If you are traveling through Albertville, Alabama and need a good place to stay. I would recommend you stay here. As many times that i have stayed here. I have always seen the same friendly and helpful faces there. That really means a lot to me.

The place wasn’t good as it showed on the website. Dirty floors, dirty bathrooms, no toilet tissue had to get it from office. The fridge was never cleaned out from last guests still had sodas left in it. Out of all the hotels Iv stayed at it wasn’t worth the value I payed for it.

First of all they gave me a handicap room and the shower was to short and did not work we call them and report the issue and said that they don’t had a plumber and they never fix it.

The room was very clean. We had a cold a/c and lots of hot water for shower. The owner was very nice and helpful. We will stay here again. I highly recommend this motel!

Yes , I accepted a smoking room as I smoke but the sheets , comforter, sham and pillow cases had burn holes , cleaning lady didn’t seem to understand the complaints and also didn’t clean room

The property was nice, check in was quick and easy. The room seemed clean. Disappointed that there was no advertised deluxe breakfast, the place was closed off and no explanation given, nothing was even offered. There was no maid service, no fresh towels or anything. There was no forewarning of this or else we would have asked for extra towels and items that we used. We were gone all day and didn't get back until late and the lobby was closed. If for some reason the breakfast is not being offered, that NEEDS to be stated before booking, same with no maid service... if you are trying to be environmentally friendly or whatever, you need to state that on the websites so the consumer is aware. Although the room was nice and clean, we will not return to this location.

Bedding had cigarette burns (smoke free room) Toilet almost overflowed and would not flush. I called the desk and they brought me a plunger to fix the problem myself. Wall sockets around sink did not work TV remote was dirty and taped together. Electric socket behind the tv was broken and wires exposed. The only positive was the fact the staff was very friendly… Will NOT stay at a Quality Inn in the future…

Where’s the breakfast???
The room was nice, the check in girl was nice but I look for breakfast wherever I stay. Although they claimed to have breakfast on the website there was not coffee or anything in the morning. I was extremely disappointed. The quality of the shower left a lot to be desired also.
