"The Rustic Home" - In the heart of Albany - 3 Bedroom - Sleeps 6

Located in the heart of Albany, "The Rustic Home" is a completely renovated second-floor apartment. This spacious and comfortable three-bedroom apartment, with one full bathroom, is the perfect home base for exploring the vibrant capital city of New York.

During each remodel, we incorporate what we find behind each wall. Preserving the building's unique character and charm.

Original hardwood floors, dating back to 1890 have been meticulously refinished, creating a warm and inviting foundation. The exposed 2 x 4 beams traverse the ceilings, a testament to the building's rich past and a striking visual element that adds a touch of rusticity. The historic character of the space is further enhanced by carefully integrated barn wood inlay which infuses the living area with a unique and inviting touch.

The generously sized living area is anchored by a stunning original 1890 mantle, which frames our custom-built stone fireplace. For entertainment and relaxation, a large 65" Samsung smart TV is mounted above the mantle. A handcrafted, four-foot desk, constructed from reclaimed wood provides a dedicated space for work or study, seamlessly blending functionality with the room's aesthetic.

Our generously sized dining room boasts a large table, comfortably seating up to eight guests.

This apartment comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests in 3 separate bedrooms. The first two bedrooms each have a full-size bed, while the third bedroom has a twin bunk bed. All bedrooms feature closet space and are furnished with brand new beds and high-quality linens to ensure a restful sleep.

The kitchen boasts beautiful navy cabinets complemented with gold fixtures. Stainless steel appliances include a spacious refrigerator, a professional-grade gas range with multiple burners, a quiet and efficient dishwasher, and a built-in microwave for quick meal prep.

Gorgeous quartz countertops, with their subtle veining and touch of gold finish, beautifully complement the navy and gold color scheme, offering plenty of space for meal preparation. The kitchen island serves as a focal point, featuring barstool seating for three, perfect for casual dining. All essential cooking equipment, including pots, pans, and utensils is included. Should you have any specific culinary needs or requests, we'll be happy to accommodate them upon request to ensure your cooking experience is exceptional.

A pristine full bathroom, complete with a spacious shower/tub combination and a large vanity offering ample space for your toiletries and personal care items.

The living room opens up to a balcony, perfect for relaxation. A shared washer & dryer are available in the basement, and free street parking. Please be mindful of street cleaning signs.

The thoughtful details of “The Rustic Home” create a great balance between the old and the new, resulting in a living space that is both comfortable and visually stunning.

Early Check in Fee $50 (when available*)

Check Out is 10:00am.
For a later check out there is a $50 charge per half hour. No later than 12pm.
