The lobby was very nice & clean. The room had a chair that was so filthy! I did let the front staff know they should throw it out. Room smelled, floor was sticky, & just dirty. Poor maintenance over all.

The listing on expedia indicated a pool and a hot tub. The outdoor pool was closed for the winter and a hot tub was not to be found. The AC unit in the room had recently been worked on as evidenced by the loose control wires hanging from underneath. The continental breakfast was lacking, with only yogurt and a waffle maker available. There were no muffins or pastries and I don't recall seeing any cereal.

My state was horrible. The room was nasty. The baseboard and the walls were nasty. The shower was atrocious. There was loud music throughout the night. People were in and out walking up and down the breezeway. The floors were nasty sticky. The room smelled horrible. This was nothing like your advertisement or your front interest which was clean and immaculate. I wish I can get my money back.

The hotel was clean and quiet. The staff was professional and courteous. Two things to bear in mind: First, the website at Expedia says there is a hot tub; there was not one, or at least not one available. (The pool is also not open yet, though the weather was warm.) Second, and more importantly, the breakfast was awful. The coffee was simply nasty, and the food options were very limited. Some bagels and cream cheese would have been a major improvement.

We were given a eoon with an adjoining room hollow door. On the first night, the neighbors had the TV on all night, quite loudly. They were to be leaving so I didn't ask that we be moved. Unfortunately, they either returned, or another party moved in, so that on our last (4th) night the TV was again on all night, even more loudly. I will stay at this hotel again when needed, but I will be sure to ask for a room without an adjoining door!
